Todd was recommended to my wife and I six years ago by a friend who is a respected contractor here in the Sarasota area. We had just purchased a short sale in dire need of repair and wanted to make some major interior/exterior changes as soon as possible. In just a few short weeks, Todd virtually redesigned the entire front rooms of our house, enlarging the living room, master bedroom, and master bath. This also changed the entire roofline of the house and required a complete new truss system, involving crawling around a hot attic with a structural engineer for hours to see if it could be done. Todd also came up with a clever reconfiguring of the atrium and designed a new cage to keep the bugs out. We have recently hired Todd again to design an 800sqft addition to our house, eliminate the existing lanai, and enlarge the kitchen/dining room to create a common family area. This will also involve a complete new kitchen, all new cabinets, and professional appliances. Todd has a great source for custom cabinetry in Canada and is an expert at redesigning kitchens, with a great imagination.. In short, we could not be happier. Todd knows every aspect of the construction business, pays close attention to detail, works well with contractors, and is very personable. My wife and I could not recommend him more highly.

Todd is creative and understands me and my husband's lifestyle and our personalities which resulted in a fabulous design of our forthcoming home. Easy to work with and enjoyable to interact with. He is gracious and contemplative, resulting in understanding your desired creations.

Todd was hired to remodel a 5000 square foot condo. He was exceptionally professional, always flexible and easy to work with. I did a complete interior renovation of my Florida home. My home is Approximately 3000 square feet with four baths and one large kitchen. It required structural changes to accommodate my plans which was all included in the services provided. Todd Yeomans provided full service architectural services complete with virtual 3D renderings and complete construction drawings. Todd also provided design ideas which were we incorporated in the final renovation. Todd is reasonably priced and very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend him.
