My wife and I decided to build an ADU in our backyard for our two daughters. The project included adding two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area. Obviously the thought of it gave us anxiety, worry and apprehension. This was a big project, the biggest one we had undergone yet. We had to find a contractor who we could trust. We started with interviewing about 6-7 builders. All were ok and at about the same price. At the same time, we learned one of our friends was just finishing up his two story addition at his home. We called him and asked about who he had used. He said Trinity Builders. He could not say enough good things about the company. He was very happy with their work. We went over and saw his finished project. We were very impressed. Everything looked amazing! Obviously we called Trinity and never looked back. When I say this is a top notch contractor, I'm not saying enough. We are so pleased with the final results. Tamir, Asi, German and the rest of the crew were amazing. They really felt like family. The attention to detail, professionalism, trust, expertise and workmanship is amazing. We felt like they were building our ADU for themselves, not for us. Everything had to be just right before they continued to the next phase. Communication was unbelievable. Tamir is available anytime you call and always answers his phone. He always says, " don't worry, we'll take care of it". A few times he came over after hours to address some minor concerns we had. You just don't find that kind of dedication. He was always a call away. We were done in four and a half months, sooner than expected. If you need a contractor, and want peace of mind, Trinity is your best bet. You will not be sorry.

I selected Trinity Builders and Design to build a pool and hot tub in my backyard after an extensive search. I am extremely pleased, not only with the outcome but also with the experience of working with Tamir and Asi through the complexity of the project. They lived up to their reputation as expert professionals, who combine knowledge and experience with a desire to make the customer's ideas and wishes a reality. They were able to obtain a permit from the City in a timely fashion, which required special design considerations in order to avoid encroaching on pre existing retaining walls. They were flexible when it came to accommodating my ideas, even as I requested some changes to the design during construction, and they were responsive at every step of the project when there was a need to correct an unexpected issue. In short, they aim to meet the property owner's expectations and have the skill to achieve great results. I recommend them highly.

I had a long time dream to add a second level story at my house, I never thought it is possible considering the location of my property and how old the house was, my house is in the Hollywood Hills area, where the roads are super narrow and it is right by a very steep hillside, until I met Trinity builders and design! Tamir and Asi not just were able to make my dream come true they have done so beautifully! They are so calm and professionals, they were able to solve any problem that occurred during the process, dealing with the city’s strict rules and of course the neighbors, I still can’t believe that they were able to do that complicated job. Tamir, Asi and Priscila are always on top of it and always responsive no matter what silly question or time they will always be there through the whole process. Although I don’t recommend to call them at 2 AM.Lol With that said I Highly recommend to use them for any construction or design project that you may have! Asi and Tamir are fantastic! Although our job was relatively small, they treated us with the attention and respect that you'd expect from a multimillion dollar renovation. Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly, and issues were always handled with speed and patience. Trinity wasn't the least expensive quote we got, but getting things done right more than balanced it out. Highly recommended.

Tamir and his team did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel . During the constriction we discover some issues with the foundation of the house . the team repaired it fast and efficient showing a lot of knowledge and experience . Tamir, Asi, and the Trinity team finished an extensive renovation of my rental/guest house earlier this year. It took less than six months from the time I first spoke with Priscila until I got the keys to our revitalized house. This job included replacing wiring, plumbing, HVAC, doors, windows, and flooring; taking down a structural wall; design and installation of kitchen cabinets including a new island; fully updating the bathroom; and finishes throughout. I'm extremely happy with the finished product (feels like a brand-new house) and would strongly recommend Trinity to anyone looking for a general contractor. Cost and schedule were major drivers for this job. Trinity was upfront with costs and helped me find options that would fit my budget. There were a few surprises along the way that added to the overall cost, but they did a great job minimizing the impact. The schedule was tight, but they were able to re-plan and make progress despite some delays due to supply chain and permitting. They had to deal with a particularly challenging inspector throughout the project and handled the situation professionally. Tamir and Asi are always extremely responsive and willing to take the time to answer questions (even if you ask A LOT of questions). I also genuinely like Tamir and Asi as people. I'm happy I got to know them and hope they feel the same! I'm looking forward to the next job we do together.

As first time homeowners and remodelers we cannot say enough good things about the Trinity team! We bought our Studio City home during the pandemic, and are so grateful to Tamir for everything he and his crew did for us. They truly went above and beyond, from helping us find a new structural engineer to revise our plans mid-project, navigating the permit process, and handling all the various supply chain issues that came up during Covid. We got to know and love the individual crew members (Tamir's unique in that most of his people are NOT subcontractors). They took great pride in their work and were extraordinarily patient with us and all of our questions, requests for changes, and testing and retesting finishes. They sent us great references, who even opened their homes to us to see the quality of their work. Asi helped us navigate the design process (with a little rosè along the way) and Priscilla was always a joy and responsive with all things scheduling and billing. Tamir is the only person we would trust to work on our home. We can't recommend Trinity highly enough!

Trinity has been working on a "to the studs" full remodel for us in Hidden Hills and we couldn't be happier with the process or the result. From the beginning, communication was clear, prompt, and specific. We had an ambitious design and they figured out a way to make it happen without breaking the bank. Asi and David are extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of and keep us abreast of everything that's happening. The craftsmanship is excellent and there were very few surprises or hiccups during the process (beyond some issues and weirdness with the house itself). Overall we are extremely pleased with Trinity and our new house!!!

I've hired Trinity 3 times and look forward to the 4th project. I refuse to hire anyone else (made that mistake before meeting Tamir & Asi, and won't ever do it again). What makes them great is the following: They're fast, reliable, and easy to work with -- and they put QUALITY first. My latest project was during the pandemic (not intentionally, but we started in February so had to keep going). It was a really stressful time, but Trinity made every effort to work through any challenges with supply chain issues on materials, as well problems with the permit office being so slow due to the pandemic. They're a full service company which is rare (Tamir takes the lead on planning & execution, Asi handles all things design, and sweet Priscilla handles all the administrative tasks and billing). They go out of their way to please the client (going so far as building some custom cabinets for an oddly shaped ADU kitchen). I can't say enough great things about them -- I'm so happy with their work that I keep offering to speak to potential clients about my experiences. I don't see that changing anytime soon, but figured I should go on HOUZZ and publicly state my feelings for anyone out there who is in the market.

I had a great experience working with Trinity on a bathroom remodel for my house in Los Feliz, and hope to work with them again in the future. They were easy to work with, very communicative, and always straight-forward and honest. They're also friendly and easy to talk to, which helps when you're spending months on a project. Asaf has a great eye for design, and his brother Tamir and the whole crew are professional and knowledgable. I recently hired TB&D to do some work on floor / walls / paint in my condo, after having water damage in the unit. I can’t express enough how impressed I was with their level of professionalism and expertise. The team that was assigned to work on my project paid attention to minor details, worked in a very efficient way, was communicating with me throughout the process and they even left the house super clean after each day of work! Trinity Builders & Design team completed phase 1 of our house last month and we couldn't be happier. Tamir and Asaf were always honest, reliable and professional throughout the multi-month project. We ran through our inspection report and they fixed it all - swimming pool, HVAC, roofing, flooring, structural + additional detailed work throughout the home. Lucky to have these guys be our first experience with contractors on the west coast. Absolutely recommend. Personable and always there to help. Shout out to Priscila the office manager as well. We highly recommend Trinity Builders & Design. Tamir and Asaf, the brother/owner duo, are perfect complements to one another; Asaf for aesthetics, Tamir for function. They are communicative, HONEST, and thorough. This is reflected in their team: Priscila is the administrative quarterback; Carlito, little German & big German run day-to-day labor on-site (under Tamir & Asaf's watchful eyes). Each member of the team is professional & detail-oriented. Our project was a 75% demolition & a complete remodel - we expanded the kitchen, added 460 sq. feet of space, moved the master bedroom/bathroom, and raised the roof to a beautiful 15' pitch, and added tremendous natural light and open space. This was an expensive project, and we had three other contractor teams do the initial bidding. Trinity was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they were by far the most impressive. This was reflected throughout their work, as their labor team was on-site 6 days/week: the same team, each wearing Trinity shirts, professional, respectful, & clean. Nothing is perfect in a remodel of this caliber and there were change orders; each time, Asaf and/or Tamir would call to explain the issue and help us find the best solution. We never felt pressured, and perhaps most impressively - they exceeded expectations with the timeline, even during COVID. Safety was always paramount (masks at all times, socially distant) and quality was evident. Amazing work by a sensational team. We are thankful.

My husband and I bought a 6,000 sqf h ouse in Los Feliz that was built in 1922. Needless to say - structural, electric, plumbing, flooring, roof, hvac .....we had to do it all. We interviewed multiple contractors for the job - each one was busier then the next - an important difference between this house and past projects — two things we looked for.....We didn’t want a contractor who had to sub out every aspect of the job. In this market, the budget and timing is way harder to control if it’s all subbed out. We also wanted someone who could preserve the historical integrity of the house while also transforming the interior into an elevated luxurious home reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood. We arrived through a recommendation at Trinity Builders & Design. Trinity is run by brother Tamir & Asi.I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Tamir is your true builder who doesn’t slap it together — he builds houses to last and this house was no no exception. While Asi is like having a designer without having to hire a designer. Between permitting and building the project took 1 1/2 years - which may seem long to some, but given the scope of the project not that long. Like in any project - there were slip ups a long the way but unlike other horror stories - Tamir and Asi took ownership of them - they were in it for the long haul. We moved in a few months ago and the house is better than I could have ever imagined.

Trinity Builders and Design have completed our project with outstanding results. When they were introduced to us, we had limited ideas of what we wanted. We knew that we needed help in remodeling our kitchen, change the flooring along with the staircase as well as our master bathroom needed a revamping urgently. We are very busy professionals and they were the perfect fit. The owners and their team had many ideas. Their in-house team of designers was able to show us most of the details on 3D as well as find quick and cost-efficient ways to implement. The job supervisor came by daily, sometimes even more than once, to check on the progress. The Trinity team went above and beyond in being there for us in every stage and step of the project. The designers even worked with us on the smallest details (from fixtures to skim coat and colors) just to make it perfect for us. We wanted to add a room for our oldest daughter to call her own when she is visiting from out of state. We decided to build a guesthouse with a full kitchen and bathroom instead. She will have her total privacy now and it added to our property value. Again, thank you! Fair market prices for excellent quality of workmanship. Due to structural problems, unforeseen work was involved but, like true experts, they were able to fix the issues without extending the completion date. The office staff kept us informed daily about the project progress. They were punctual, very professional in their field, friendly & cheerful and took care to leave things clean & tidy. I admire the way they worked so hard in the hot weather. I can't stop praising them to friends. I would totally recommend Trinity Builders and Design. When hiring a contractor, especially in Southern California, one is open to many pitfalls. From bad practices, to bad craftsmanship, apathy, lack of effective communication, going over budget, and bad people skills, it can be a mine field. When we decided to take on remodeling the kitchen in our 1958 ranch house, we vetted 6 different contractors, all on recommendations from friends. We listened, learned, and began to wrap our heads around the realities of the project. In the end only one of the six, Tamir Zipori of Trinity Builders, was honest about the cost and time to do the job. The rest were sales guys trying to get a signature. We identified immediately that Tamir was a strait shooter, and decided to put off our project a few months to save a bit more cash to do the project right. We brought Trinity into our home at a difficult time of year, the holidays, and ripped out the entire center of our house down to the studs. Over the next four months, we watched in amazement as Tamir and his team transformed our home, addressed our attention to detail, and finished the project in a reasonable amount of time. The team at Trinity are always on time, clean up after they finish for the day, and are nice people to have in your personal space. Tamir also became a trusted advocate as we made slight adjustments towards the end of the project, and many months afterwards when my wife and I had questions, Tamir was always there to help. I cannot speak highly enough about Trinity. From the proposal all the way through project completion they were professional, helpful and even through in a few surprises. It wasn’t until the project was completed that i looked back and felt that we wouldn’t have had the same end result in both quality of construction and design. Trinity is not just a great quality builder but they held our hand guiding us on the design of each room, picking out the fixtures, colors, countertops, etc. Our project started on time and even though we added and changed things after demo, they finished by the original completion date. Everyone on the team including Asi, Tamir, David and their crew treated us like we were family. We cannot say enough great things about Trinity and they will be our first call for any project we would consider.

I almost made a very big mistake. The mistake was to use a company that was not Trinity. Thankfully, right before my wife and I were going to make our decision on a contractor, I was at the right place at the right time and my neighbor highly recommended I speak with them. From the start, the team at Trinity were open, honest, available and operated with a sense of pride that you would expect if the contractor was working on their own home. From the detailed scope of work, the design and fixtures booklets to their fair pricing, my wife and I felt that we were in great hands and gelled immediately. Asi, Tamir and team understood that we needed to be in our house by a specific date which was a stretch based on our project size. They had a large team of people at my house each day and worked 6 days a week to deliver my family the project we could only have hoped for. Not only was the project completed by the target date but it was completed 2 weeks before! Asi was with us every step of the way to picking out colors, fixtures, hardwood floor, carpet, etc even driving over an hour to find us the best product for the best price. While I am sure they were very busy with other projects, Asi and Tamir were available to talk at all hours of the day and weekends making us feel as if their entire team was devoted to us. My fear going into a project of the size (re-plumbing, gutting 4.5 bathrooms, painting, kitchen, staircase, hardwood flooring, etc) were unexpected surprises that would take our budget beyond what we could afford. If there were any, we didn’t know about them. I cannot thank them enough for the end result well exceeding our wildest expectations. Thank you!

We had such a great experience with the whole Trinity team. Asi, Tamir, and David were so efficient, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Tamir is the greatest. I have hired him for two jobs. One was an entire restoration of my house. The second was a kitchen renovation. His work holds up over time. Asi has great design ideas. We started the rebuilding/remodeling project on October 2015. Tamir and Asi were very professional and hands on. They kept us appraised about the changes and process all along. Priscila was wonderful as far as sending all the information and invoices, the project took almost year and a half. They are still very responsive to our needs and if something goes wrong. they took the ownership of this project and did an excellent job. I will definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys do some fantastic work. Their design and their work that they did in the past really informed about what we wanted to do going forward. They gave us really great insight into what we should and can do and what was possible. We have yet to decide on what we plan to do going forward, but we are confident if you guys can and will do a fantastic job!

We used Trinity to build a new pool. We worked mainly with Asi, but his entire team is great. What attracted us to Trinity in the first place was their modern pool designs - we met with a number of contractors and Trinity definitely had the vision that best aligned with ours. Our space was a bit more complicated, so we needed to have someone that we could trust with design. They worked fast and the inspections were all smooth. They always had great ideas, and I could say after our first summer with the pool, we absolutely LOVE it. Asi was very much hands-on through the entire process, not to mention a nice guy. He was over our house during construction frequently and he was always accessible to any of our questions or concerns. Overall great experience, highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Trinity Builders and Design. We were lucky enough to hear about them from a neighbor who loved their work and had heard about Trinity from their son, who had also loved their work. Starting any large construction project is scary. This is a home we love, the workers will be in our daily lives for months possibly, and there is a lot of money involved. We are not builders, we know nothing so there must be a great deal of trust. We felt extremely fortunate to get 2 rave reviews where we could see their work before even starting my own research. Asi, one of the brother/owners, was the manager of our 2 projects. We wanted to remodel our 30 year old master bath, removing a dated, Jacuzzi tub and creating a glass shower room. The 2nd project was a smaller hall bath remodel. Our house also needed painting, electrical and general updating. Asi listened to all my ideas and was able to put them together with his own to create a beautiful and functional bathroom. Trinity’s workers were wonderful craftsman who showed up on time, were pleasant to have around, did great work and cleaned up after themselves before leaving every night. I was impressed by the company’s concern for my satisfaction, from the office staff, to the tile installer, the plumber or the electrician – everyone we worked with made sure we were happy. We have been using the 2 bathrooms now for a couple of months still love their look and functionality. We would use Trinity again and recommend them to our friends.

You know you've got a great relationship when you hug your contractor. Asi and Tamir are the best! Great design, very cost effective, accurate budget, very timely. I hired them to redo my pool and we ended up with an overhaul of the entire house. Their crew is timely, neat and very pleasant to work with. I have hired many tradespeople and contractors in my life and Trinity is head and shoulders sbove the reat.

Most recently, I called Trinity Builders to help me with a large landscaping project - they oversaw the installation of a fence and electric gate around my property, as well as a new pathway and additional greenery. (I had worked with them before, and chose to work with them again because they are loyal, reliable, and promise high quality work.) From the beginning, I made it clear that aesthetics were important to me, as they were designing the outside area of my house. I also had a budget, and needed to stay within a certain price range. Now that the job is complete, I am very happy. The work is beautiful - the design flows seamlessly with the rest of my house, I have the beauty and the privacy that were so important to me - and best of all, Asi and Tamir stayed within my budget. Whenever there were additional costs or something unexpected came up, they always called me first and we talked through it before doing anything. And throughout the process, anytime I had concerns or questions about the work, Tamir and Asi responded immediately and made sure to address all my concerns. They wanted me to be happy with the work at all times, and even gave me a guarantee for a year after the project was complete. Asi, Tamir, and everyone at Trinity Builders are reliable, loyal, and devoted to their customers. They are also friendly and easy to work with, and talk you through each step of the process. I have worked with them many times before, and I will definitely work with them again.

Totally transformed our pool deck! Drainage ( not sexy but imperative) works so well that phase 2 wasn't needed. The stone was cut with such precision & skill I could not help but watch. They are patient with fussy clients (like us).

Trinity was first recommended to us few years ago by our real estate agent when we purchased our home. While we loved our new home, it was a small two bedroom and we knew at some point we'd want a separate space to serve as a home office. After talking with Tamir, he suggested building a second level above our garage. He had a lot of great ideas and showed us some amazing concepts, so we decided to go for it (in addition to putting in a pool). It was by far the best decision we've made since purchasing our home. Tamir, Asi, David, and the entire crew at Trinity exceeded our expectations on every level from start to finish. We interviewed three contractors for our backyard project and decided on Trinity not because they were the least expensive bid, but because they had the most thorough bid. Obviously, they had the experience to bid each part of our build with a high level of confidence. The process was always very clear. They would show me what they were going to do before they did it, I approved or made changes, a change-order was sent to me for written approval, and the work was completed. Very transparent. I have to say that they do very beautiful work and David, our key contact, was completely accommodating, understanding, and empathetic to us during the entire process. Every person we encountered wore a Trinity shirt and treated us with utmost respect. They were a very friendly crew and were always considerate of our neighbors, too. We are so happy with our pool, hot tub, patio, deck, firepit, sliding glass wall, etc. etc. etc. It's hard to believe that it all fit in and actually makes our space look bigger than when it was just grass and patio. Tried to make it 6 stars out of 5 but the system won't let me! Tamir, Asi and all of the Trinity team have done the most outstanding job on our big remodel in Calabasas. And most of the project was completed while we 6,000 miles away in the UK. Very high standards, incredibly trustworthy, hard-working, creative - they deserve all the praise and success in the world. I interviewed several pool contractors and selected Asi and Tamir- I just felt they understood what I wanted and I liked their sales pitch - they insist on weekly meetings with the client to ensure the project is meeting expectations and they don't ask for payment for any phase until after it is competed to the client's expectations. In the end, I got exactly the pool and spa I wanted and the quality of the work was excellent. The project came in significantly over budget, partly due to some expensive and unforeseen excavation work that needed to be done which was impossible to accurately predict, and partly due to the fact that they quote you the most basic version of what you are looking for and then inevitably you find yourself upgrading or going for higher end options than were budgeted in the estimate. For example, the tile allowance in the estimate is $5/SF but when you get to the tile store, you find that nearly all the tile (and certainly the nice stuff) runs from $10-15/SF. So unless you are going to opt for the bare minimum throughout, you will probably go over what they estimate and you should be prepared for that. But on the whole, we are extremely satisfied with our experience, and found Asi to be very responsive and the project mostly proceeded as quickly as it could. The pool he built for us is gorgeous and exactly as we'd envisioned, and he gave us good advice throughout the process. He's also a really lovely guy- he even threw in some free irrigation work and helped us resod the lawn at a better price than our own gardener quoted. I highly recommend working with him!

If I could give Tamir and Asi and their team at Trinity Builders and Design 100 stars I would. I am extremely picky about any work in my house and any service and Tamir and Asi exceeded my expectations both in terms of work and craftsmanship and in terms of speed and accuracy. Trinity was recommended to us by a friend who had done a major remodel, we wanted to see if our unfinished basement could be turned into a wine cellar. Tamir and his team spent multiple sessions at our house discussing options and Tamir and Asi personally oversaw the job at our house, helping us adapt to challenges that came up during the construction. What I love about Tamir and his team is that they are perfectionists and practical about the space but also really acute about design. They made suggestions that were both practical and cost efficient, but also suggested things that gave great beauty to what could have been a really straight forward project. I also really appreciated how prompt and respectful his workers were-- our house was so clean during the construction, the crew took great pains to block off the area they were working in and were careful to store everything at the end of every night so that our lives were not interrupted by the construction. At the end we got a beautiful wine cellar that came in at our budget. I can honestly say that home improvement projects are no longer scary now that we know Tamir/Asi and their team.

We would highly recommend working with Tamir, and wouldn't use anyone else for any future house projects we have. We worked with Tamir Zipori and his team to renovate our kitchen, laundry room, dining room and outside patio. Tamir ripped out the kitchen in our house that was built in 1958 and worked with us to get the realistic and right budget for the job along with the timeline. As we were planning to knock down or move walls and merge rooms he provided many options for us regarding lay out, configuration and a view on how practical it would be. Tamir always made himself available to us to answer questions and was always pro active and solution orientated. The project was completed on time and with in budget. Asi freqently makes positive design and construction suggestions to issues that inevitably come up during the construction process, and works quickly but carefully. We hired Trinity for a kitchen remodel due to a high recommendation from a friend. It was one of the best home related decisions we've ever made. We hired Tamir and his staff at Trinity to remodel our kitchen and everyone warned us how horrible it would be. They were wrong! Tamir set up a temporary kitchen for us with running water which made living through the remodel MUCH easier! The work he does is excellent and his staff are all reliable, considerate and friendly. I can't recommend Trinity Builders highly enough. Tamir, Asi, and the entire team have done excellent work for me over the past five years. Because of their consistent consideration and respect, in addition to their professionalism, they've also become friends. Over the years I've hired Trinity Builders to install central A/C, a new roof, to build an outside fence and electric car gate, and to replace my landscaping. Most recently, I discovered mold in an area of my guest room - I called Tamir, and within hours he'd sent a mold removal expert to my house. Unfortunately it turned out that my entire home needed to be cleared of mold - a nightmare. But Tamir made sure the entire job was done as quickly and painlessly as possible. The mold guys wasted no time getting to work - Tamir pressed them to finish their job as quickly as possible. As soon as they were finished, Tamir sent his team to do the reconstruction. They arrived the next day, came on time every morning, and put in weekends to finish the job. Tamir knew that this job inconvenienced me by putting me out of my home - so he thoughtfully prioritized the job and made sure that he and his team worked quickly and efficiently. While the work was being done, Tamir and Asi checked in with me regularly, answered all of my questions, and met with me at the house to go over details. My home now looks beautiful. I will continue to work with Tamir and Asi - they're great professionals, and good friends. Like I said, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tamir does fantastic work. We remodeled our kitchen with him in 2013. When you consider the scope of work we had done (we did an aesthetic overhaul of our entire main floor too) the price was really really reasonable. The work is beautiful, the cost is good, the responsiveness is excellent. These are the only contractors we will work with in the future.

Tamir and Trinity Builders are the best -- professional, courteous, and totally talented. They've done an amazing job on our house -- so much so, that we've hired them every spring for the past 4 years! The first year, they built out our poolhouse -- and fixed everything our previous contracted had screwed up. The following spring, they remodeled our bathroom. Last year, they completely redid our pool and backyard, and added a spa, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. This year, they painted the house. And I'm already planning for next spring...

Home remodeling - so exciting yet so terrifying. I bought my first house and it was adorable and perfect and ugly. Tamir and the Trinity crew helped me come up with a cost-effective remodel that addressed both the items in need of repair and my aesthetic preferences (okay pinterest inspired dreams). Patient, consistent, and reliable from start to finish, which allowed me to enjoy how cool it is to transform your home and make it your own. Plus the project was well managed so I didn't have to spend all my furniture budget on things I wasn't told about up front. I couldn't be happier or more comfortable with the process. Would recommend without hesitation. Some elements of my project: painting, tiling, windows, plumbing, electrical.

Trinity hardscaped my backyard. The concrete was taken out, and Tuscany tinted pavers and a custom pergola were added. The pool was refinished and new coping and tiles were installed. I'm going for a desert, Palm Springs feel, and that's just what I got! My yard looks twice the size! In addition, Trinity remodeled my master bathroom. It was the original 1953 tile, tub, and cabinetry. The room was gutted and now has a sleek, clean look. The custom cabinet is a dark rich stain, tiles are glass with blue tinge, and the floor is a charcoal tile. New windows were installed and a custom mirror. It is a small space, but it looks much bigger. The clean lines and iceberg blue color give a feeling of tranquility. Trinity also facilitated new exterior paint. I LOVE the colors: Cajun Red with Peacock Blue trim. It is bold and fun. Everyone that has worked on my house has been considerate, clean, and professional. Asi Tziporri has been my project manager, and he is such a nice guy! Let's face it - when you hire a contractor, you have to trust them in your home and with your treasured possessions. Asi is trustworthy and honest not only in my home but in his advice and guidance with my remodel. he is upfront about cost and tried to save me money. Overall, I am completely happy with Trinity.

This is the 3rd time I am writing about this amazing team. You can see my other reviews below. When we bought our house Assi and Tamir and their talented team turned the average home we bought into our dream home. They took the ideas that we could barely articulate and made them a reality that was better than what we imagined. But that is not why I am taking time to write again . That was a big job with a relatively big budget. Since that project, they have come back to do small projects. They treat our home as though it is their own. Regardless of the size of the project they bring creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism to the job. We will always rely on them. I think that we are now creating projects just to get the chance to work with them again. Assi and Tamir helped us to create our dream home. We renovated two bathrooms, added a bathrooms and laundry room, and added hardwood floors in our bedrooms. We worked predominantly with Asi. He was always accessible and responsive. He was creative and incredible from design to construction. They shared photos daily so that we could see progress when we weren't there. All of their workers were kind, respectful, hard working people with high integrity. Their cabinet maker did beautiful work and was a pleasure to work with. They discovered mold and were tremendously helpful in keeping our project on track and getting us the best deals with the mold remediation. They did lots of extra things for us, often without being asked. They came in under budget and finished early. They treated our home as if it was their own. We are so happy with the work they did on our interior, that we are continuing to work with them on our backyard and pool. We highly recommend selecting Trinity Builders & Design for any project. We have lived in our home for 2 years now. Every time we think of an improvement we call Assi and Tamir. They added a reclaimed wood feature wall in our master, built us a pantry and added a wine fridge to our kitchen. They installed a new roof and all new Windows for us. They are always accessible and stand behind all of their work. They have a strong attention to detail and make sure that every project is perfect. Their team that works with them is amazing. They are like family. You can't find a better team to help you create your dream home.

I cannot say enough about Tamir and the team at Trinity. I hired them when I bought my first house in November 2012, they did fantastic work on the remodel, HVAC, paint, and installations. Tamir and his team were very responsive and patient (I had about 20 paint samples put on walls around my home). As a new home owner I looked to Tamir and his team not just for execution, but for advice as well. They listened to me when I had questions, and were very respectful in how they answered. When I wanted to use a new skylight product, Tamir and his team evaluated the materials and quickly figured out how to do the installation. Their first response was never "no" or "we can't do that". They were adaptable and efficient, and a dream to work with. And they are my first call no matter what I need in my home, which I am so thankful for with what happened today. Today I woke up to no hot water and found my garage flooding and water running down the street. I shut off the water and immediately called Tamir in a bit of a panic. Trinity had never touched my plumbing, but Tamir is my go to guy no matter what. He picked up immediately - and then I found out he was on vacation in another country. No problem he said, had a colleague call me, and less then 12 hours later I am sitting in my home while a member of his team installs a brand new water heater. Their level of responsiveness is greatly appreciated, especially as a first time home owner doing it on her own with no local family. I cannot recommend Trinity Builders and Design enough. Professional and fair, with very high quality and conscientious work.

I loved my experience working with Tamir and Trinity Builders. I put in a new pool last spring and I worked with Tamir on all the elements from design to completion of the project. They were always available for meetings and were very accommodating to my busy work schedule. In addition, I had a very specific deadline to meet for the beginning of the summer and Tamir and team worked tirelessly to meet this deadline. I have been extremely happy with the results and everyone who comes over remarks on the look of the pool and compares it to a boutique hotel. Any questions or follow-up that I've needed since the completion of the project have been taken care of a in a timely manner and always to my complete satisfaction. I also already had a landscaper I was working with and Tamir was able to collaborate with him very successfully which minimized my overall level of stress about an extremely daunting project. Overall i can not recommend Trinity enough. I feel lucky to have a relationship with such a reliable and respected company.

The day I closed escrow on my new home over a year ago, I hired Tamir and his team to make a few renovations. Tamir's team was professional, talented, and quick. As with anything, time is of the essence. I told Tamir I needed to be in my new home within 8 weeks. He not only got me in on the timeframe we discussed, but he did it within budget, and without compromising on work quality. I've been so happy with Tamir's work, that I've hired him for multiple projects on other properties. More importantly, however, I've recommended Tamir to family, friends, and neighbors.

We hired Tamir and his team for a job that required completely removing a chimney, raising the ceiling in our family room, providing a new roof and other various jobs around the house. He came highly recommended to us and he didn't disappoint. We had to live there while they were doing construction, and they made it very comfortable for us, including working around our child's nap schedule, and cleaning up after themselves every night. They worked tirelessly everyday, and Tamir was always available if we needed anything. Our house remodel has been completed and Tamir is still making himself readily available to us should any last minute fixes need to be handled! We are very happy with the result and would recommend him and his team to anybody.

For my health I needed an addition that included a place to swim. I never thought I could afford it, since I am of Medicare age and not swimming in cash. So I thought it would never happen. Then friends told me about Tamir. He did some magic and here I have a place to swim in my yard and money left over to take a vacation. These guys are the real thing. They price ultra competitively and they come in on budget. I was amazed! Of course: highly recommended.

Thanks to Tamir, I have become a restoration addict. I purchased my first historic LA home four years ago and did a complete renovation - kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor deck, landscaping, as well as a garage conversion which is now an awesome man cave. Now we are on to our next project - another historic LA home in which we will be doing much of the same thing, and then some! The process is so painless that I am already looking forward to project #3.

Asi and his team did a great job building me a new pool. The price he quoted was very competitive and the few change orders we had were relatively minor and expected. The workers were always on time and Asi is very easy to get a hold of and responsive to my calls. The pool came out beautiful and i get many complements. I would be happy to work with them again!

GREAT WORK. Tamir had wonderful solutions that were within the budget. The estimate came in within a day and was so reasonable that the company was immediately hired. The workers arrived on time, were friendly and respectful to all other workers on site and us, the new home owners. Within a few days, they changed a wine rack into elegant cabinets, and built an entire room-sized Master closet suite. Also, Tamir always arrived with a big smile and during our move-in, he walked through the house fixing small paint smudges and crooked light fixtures. I will be hiring them again soon to build several cabinets and am looking forward to another creative and fun experience.

Tamir and his crew were wonderful, professional and on time! We had to get into our new house with a major remodel of the master suite, 2 fireplaces and 2 bathrooms -- all in 6 weeks before our baby was born. Tamir said he could do it and they did. With any home purchase, you never know what you are going to find when you start construction - and even though things came up (like mold, wood rot and furnace problems) we stayed on our timeline. Not only were they on time, but the work was beautiful and whenever a problem arose - they were quick to fix it and easy to work with. We were so happy with the interior, we decided to use Tamir for our pool and that went great as well.

Tamir did great work for us. So far we've done the pool, spa, bathrooms, roof and fireplace. He's not somebody who does the job and disappears either.

Trinity Builders and Design has renovated my kitchen and bathroom. I would strongly recommend them as they were very professional and knowledgeable. With their experience and creativity, they turned my out dated kitchen into a modern.

We came across Trinity Builders and Design when we decided to remodel our backyard. We had an existing swimming pool in our backyard, but it was too big and awkwardly located in the center which took away all of our space. Asi came to meet with us, and with his creativity and expertise came up with a beautiful design for our yard. Asi demolished the existing pool, covered the big whole that was left, compacted it and built a brand new swimming pool with an inside spa, raised wall with sheer descent waterfall water feature. The new location of the pool, also allowed us to build a brand new deck with natural Pensylvania stones. Asi and his workers were very knowledgable and respectfull of our property, as well as quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. They were also very clean which is very rare to find with most contractors. We are now enjoying our new beautiful backyard, thanks to Asi's professionalism and knowledge.

I've been working with this company for several projects I find them to be extremely professional and really care about their craftsmanship. They really care about the final product and want to have an impeccable reputation. That is the reason why older customers are happy with their project. .

We hired Tamir when we first bought our home in December 2012. We met at a contractors supply store and I told him that we were working on a foreclosure home that we recently purchased and our plan was to move in before Christmas. Tamir was impressed by my ambition and offered to come over and give suggestions on how to build our stackstone fireplace. He arrived the next day to show us and found several workers in my home doing work against proper codes. Thank goodness it was early on in the project because I had to let them all go. We lost about 6 days. Tamir helped us to get back on track. He literally saved us! He completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, walls, hardwood floors, closets and finally, our two stackstone fireplaces. Everything turned out beautifully! Ultimately, we did not move into the house until the day after Christmas -- but Tamir was there with us every step of the way until the house was ready. He even personally helped us clean out the dust and get the house ready for the furniture. He got it done and we are so happy. Actions speak character; Tamir had so many others projects going at the same time but he managed to make us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. He is a gift. I am a real estate professional and developer who used Trinity Builders & Design for the pool I recently built at our latest speculative home. We reviewed the plan and changed the design but it was always a collaborative effort and we are thrilled with the result. We built a pool and spa with a light color bottom and "Baja" wading area. We used glass tile for the water line and accents and have a sheer descent water feature. Everyone loves the pool! I have received so many compliments on it and it really is as good if not better than we expected. We priced several builders and found the bid to be competitive and the service excellent.

Trinity Builders and Design are the best in town! the most professional, best designs and lovely results. I would highly recommend them to everyone !!!

I've done major remodels a half dozen times, and after each projects I swear I'm never gonna do that again. That was before Tamir. I've never experienced better service from a contractor before. His guys are great, respectful of the fact that my family was still living there, and always on time. And Tamir is always available. Last summer, my AC compressor stopped working at 10pm on the hottest day/night we had experienced in decades. It was at least 85 degrees in the house and we had a 4 month old. Within 20 minutes someone was there to fix it... at 10:30pm! I can't say enough about Tamir's honesty, availability and caring about his clients and his projects. Another time, he came with my wife and I as we were looking at homes to buy and we were able to get a real sense of what the house was going to cost us after we fixed it up. I plan on doing another project on a new home soon and I will never use anyone other than Tamir and Trinity Builders & Design again!

I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.
