We have used TAG for our Princeville retirement home build and are very pleased with the design. Michael and Lani are extremely talented and have been a pleasure to work with. For our needs and timeline we choose the ECOCHiC design which substantially expedited the design process. We could not be happier with our experience.

TROPICAL ARCHITECTURE GROUP is a fabulous company to work with! Michael listened very closely to all of our many thoughts and our vision for a home we wanted to build on our newly purchased hillside lot. During the first meeting with he and his wife Loni. Michael took many notes and made an rough outline drawing of the particulars in the layout of a 2 story 3,500 + sq ft. house that we were wanted to build. Michael came back a few days later with the first drawings of plans that had incorporated everything we had asked for and then some. These first detailed plans exceeded our expectations and over the months since that 2nd meeting we've closely stuck to those plans. Michael really surprised us with his vision of just what we asked for. My husband and I find Michael and his group fantastic to work with. Michael and Loni listen to every request and input. We find that they have great knowledge of what works best for a project built on an island like ours. They are on top of every detail of the project and they allow us to be very involved with all aspects of it as well. Since we live in the same town as T.A.G. it's an added bonus that allows us to meet often and with short notice. Michael at TAG is an amazing architect! He put what was in our heads, our crayon drawings into a real blueprint! Mike & Lani have been so easy and fun to work with in designing our dream home. They are absolutely fabulous people, welcoming us as if we were ohana. We will be sad when we don't get to see them or talk to them anymore. Mike and Lani gave us a house plan that was so right from the start . They asked us a series of questions of hoe we live our day to day life and voila ... gave us a perfect house plan .It only needed a few minor tweaks to make it our own custom space. We feel blessed and fortunate to have found them while living on the island of Maui .. We are excited to start building our dream Bali-home thanks to TAG and their creative resources .
