While majoring in Industrial Construction Management at Colorado State University, Troy Davis began working for his father in-law's building and development company. In 1976, Troy built his first home and discovered his love and talent for building. Over the next several years, Troy proceeded to build over 200 homes a year in the Denver, Colorado area. As the business continued to grow, Troy expanded into the Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Texas home building markets.
