I was truly disappointed with the quality of the products. The pre-hung doors were unacceptable and I did not install them in my new home build. The jambs were cheap particle board and not solid wood, the mitered edge trim boards were misaligned and had gaps, and the door seals were not properly attached and also were unevenly glued. I paid more than $8000 for seven doors so expected quality products. When I shared my concern and disappointment the unprofessional response from the representative (Anna) was that I could not return the products or receive a refund because they were prehung. It's astounding to me that a company would not honor a refund if the quality was not up-to-par and hide behind a bureacractic policy. Buyer beware of this unethical company with subpar quality. You are better served buying locally from a brick and mortar vendor who is trustworthy. It was a difficult pill to swallow throwing away this sum of money, but the quality was so bad that I could not install in my home.

Ordered initial door in August, delivered in rain and no notification. Left outside with torn packing and obvious damage. Door picked up for return, refunded and re-ordered. United Porte thinking a duplicate order canceled it. I find this out when no door arrives. I then have to call and get another refund and re-order door for a third time. now after mid October delivery scheduled. No door, no contact.

I purchased doors for my closet in the master bedroom and they literally transformed the room into a whole new look. They are stunning and beautiful. Makes my room feel like a 5 star hotel.
