As a general contractor I met Bill on one of our just completed upper west side projects. A custom town house renovation with Uptown Townhouse as a construction manager. This turned out to be a successful project for us and a lot of credit for this goes to Bill's professionalism, deep knowledge of construction, and ability to convey the intricacies of the process to the client. I have worked with Bill Rohlfing on a number of challenging projects over the years and he is the tops. Talented, tireless, tenacious and those are just the T's. But really his dedication to his clients is nothing less than phenomenal. Highly detail-oriented and a damned fine interior designer to boot, he has what it takes to get a major residential renovation project done in New York City. I can recommend him whole-heartedly and without hesitation.

Quality Tile

I have been working with Bill from Uptown Townhouse for the last 20 years! As someone who supplies him with tile, I endorse that he has a great sense of design and style when it comes to choosing tile for all projects. I am an Architect, and I have worked with Bill on a number of projects over the years. Bill has always been an excellent advocate for the clients and the project.
