We engaged Jonathon to do an extensive renovation on our home. We continue to get compliments on Jonathon's work and requests for his contact information from friends that are planning a renovation. Jonathon was extremely helpful in ensuring that our vision was reflected in the completed project. But he also made excellent suggestions, both in terms of technical building considerations and interior design. It was a pleasure working with him - he was extremely transparent with additional costs that were required and completed the job within the time frame he estimated and at the cost quoted. i would wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone considering a renovation.

We have just recently moved into our custom built home designed and built by Urban Development Inc. We are totally amazed by the workmanship and the exceptional quality in the house. The transitional style of the home design is really ahead of its time. It is creative, modern and yet very elegant. You just don't see a lot of this unique style in today's traditional custom built homes. Jonathan and his team is extremely organized and professional. They put a lot of attention to the fine details on the finishes. We were lucky to be involved in part of the building process and got to see the high quality of materials used, even behind the walls. They take pride of their work, and the philosophy is simply Quality for a solid built home. The special touches are the beautiful coffered ceilings and the architectural walls throughout the house which are just superb. The real highlight of the house is the custom built wine wall /cooler in our dining room. Lots of compliments from our friends and neighbors. What a smart idea! They are very responsive to any questions and concerns. In fact they went above and beyond the "call of duty". We are incredibly pleased with our new home. Not only are they great builders, we can now count on them among our friends. We definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend Urban Development to anyone.

I loved working with Urban Development. I was brought on to photograph their latest project. I can not wait for the images to be posted! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the high quality of materials used in their designs. I really liked the idea of creating a glassed in wine storage which displays the wine in the dining room. Very clever.

This company worked on building a Bathroom with unique needs. The space was completely gutted and then the build, from floor, to fixtures to tile work was executed on a timely and efficiently.
