Urban Evolutions provides reclaimed building materials for home restorations, new home construction and commercial spaces. We work with homeowners, builders, contractors, architects and designers and provide our experience and expertise to deliver custom products such as flooring, cladding, timbers and lumber to luxury homes across the Midwest. We rescue building materials from old world, quality constructed spaces. In addition to being a sustainable source, we believe that reclaimed wood offers many advantages over new wood including durability, beauty, and because it tells a story. In our residential work, we have experience working with designers across North America as well as directly with inspired home owners. Urban Evolutions also manufactures custom furniture, fixtures, and provides design solutions to customers in the hospitality, retail and corporate industries. Jeff and Robin Janson founded Urban Evolutions over 20 years ago when their love for creating something new and surprising out of vintage materials propelled them into launching a the business. The company now ships product all over the United States and internationally to both residential and commercial projects and clients such as David Easton, Urban Outfitters, Nike and Burberry. Urban Evolutions has a 8,000 square foot showroom located in Appleton, Wisconsin, that features our reclaimed wood flooring, beams and surfaces. Open 7 days a week, it is the ideal environment for working with our customers on projects from new construction to rehab.
