From start to finish Alan and team at valley floors were easy to work with and delivered on an amazing new wood floor in our condo. They were clear in communications, hit timelines and exceeded our expectations for the final wood floor.

I would like to share my very positive experience with Valley Floors and Allan Randall. Allan was extremely knowledgeable concerning the wool carpet we chose. He was patient in answering all of my questions and very accommodating. We had a lot of carpet to be laid and the carpet layers worked efficiently and quickly. Don’t trust any layout or dimensions they propose you must do it all yourself and double check them. I know you would assume they are the experts and would help guide you but that is not the case. Patrick and Allan’s attention to detail is non existent.

I recently worked with Allen and Patrick from Valley Floors to replace the carpeting in the master bedroom, three additional bedrooms and the family room. They offer a wide selection and are able to obtain brands that they do not carry. I was pleasantly surprised that the carpet that I had selected in Miami, a brand that they do not carry, was priced better from Valley Floors. Ultimately, I purchased a carpet from their showroom .Patrick did a beautiful job installing the carpet. They worked with our contractor, as this was part of a remodeling project. The ordering and installation went according to schedule. Highly recommend.
