We are a full-service home improvement company. Our company was established the year of 2000. We are fully licensed and insured with over 20 years of experience. Our company is staffed by knowledgeable professionals who will communicate with you every step of the way. If you decide to use our services, you will receive both high-quality workmanship and reasonable rates. We are specializing home, condominium and commercial renovations. We do regular basement finishing and remodeling but also we can design unique style basement following your imagination. We can convert a bathtub into a custom shower. We also do complete kitchen renovation or remodeling and kitchen refacing. We know and follow the condominiums rules and regulations when we are working in a highrise building. When you start a project with us you will first be provided with a free estimate of the expected costs. Then we will write a Contract including every detail about the job and a cost, also when we will start and finish the proper job. No hidden surprises, no extra cost later. We follow the agreement and simply provide you with everything in it. Showrooms are available to get ideas and pick materials for your renovation. We offer warranty and we do follow up. We are committed to do high quality job and make our customers happy and satisfied. Our philosophy is we do the job just like we would do it to ourselves.

George and his team did an absolutely incredible job on my renovation of our house! He showed up on day one with a huge crew and was ready to go. We gutted and renovated the kitchen, and changed a small bedroom into a master en suite bathroom. He made progress much much faster than I expected and he was even done ahead of schedule! We had a tight time-line and he made sure it was done on time. He was flexible with me when I needed to add or remove things from the project, and was fair. We had a few minor issues after the project was done but George came back right away to help put everything right. George has all his own trades and can do everything you need, but he was also flexible when I wanted to bring in my own trade for a couple of things. He recommended many hardwood flooring and tile stores, and arranged to pick up all the supplies. George called me before he made any decisions, and always answered his phone when I had a question. He has a tonne of experience and can help you through different ideas and make recommendations. He kept the job site clean and was able to meet me in the mornings or evenings to work around my schedule. I don't think we could have got this job done without George, he did a really fantastic job, I would be happy to hire him and his team again! Thank you very much!

George of Happy Home Improvements did a renovation of a main bathroom and ensuite bathroom for me, following by a carpet replacement project. I had obtained estimates from other contractors for the work, and George's pricing was very competitive. Perhaps more important, George told me at the outset that he returns calls and follows up in a timely manner. . .and he really does! He arrived on time and the allied professionals (eg. plumbers) that he worked with also did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. When there was a minor problem with the carpet installation, George ensured that the problem was corrected very quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated the reliability that Happy Home Improvements brought to my projects, and am pleased with the quality of the work that they do.

My husband and I owned a condo where ours sons lived while in university. For 2 years we tried to find someone to renovate our condo, JUST we met George from Home Improvement he understood our needs, he gave us the true estimate price and time, he is honest, respected our whishes, accommodate even last minute change. in deed we did hire him again when we needed other work.

Happy is key word when I think of my interaction with George and his team. He has done work on my condo and made my bathrooms so stellar I got a million compliments on them. So naturally when I bought a house he was the first one I called. The project was very complex, we enclosed the porch and turned into a mud room, added an en suite powder room to the master bedroom, completely gutted and renovated 2 other bathroom, finished the basement, stairs, etc. It was massive amount work, all complete on budget (a VERY reasonable one), on time and with so many little extras that I came up with along the way. In one month my house was transformed and George managed it all, the plumbers, the electricians, they always showed up ON TIME, you could wind your clock by their knock on the door in the morning. What sets George apart is that he is truly your advisor with years of experience, he won’t push you into an expensive option that does not make sense, he will always treat your project like his own and make sure everything is done properly. He has since completed another project for my friends and their condo is now just as fabulous. Hire this guy and you will never use another contractor again!!!
