We selected Visionary Homes to build our vacation home in Caldera Springs. The most important attribute of our homebuilder was to find someone who understood what we were trying to achieve and would take the time to sit and talk through every detail. Rick and Lynnanne were beyond patient and provided great insight to help enhance our ideas and often provided suggestions that were cost effective. The home was completed on time, not only did they do a great job, but they continued to help us for several months after when questions would arise. It's great to work with the principles of the company and know they are aligned with your common goals. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next time working with them.

We worked with Visionary Homes to build a beautiful, luxurious, AND budget conscious modern home on Aubrey Butte, completed in 2016. The whole team was delightful to work with from planning through design and build. They approached everything with professionalism, attention to detail, and a very high level of integrity. We would not hesitate to recommend Visionary Homes to any of our family and friends and look forward to to the experience of working with them again when we are ready to downsize.

From start to finish the whole construction process went smoothly. Initial meetings with the contractor, subcontractors and suppliers plus an excellent set of plans kept everything on track.Meetings every two weeks on site with the contractor and email communications addressed any questions ,since we were 200 miles from the house. We are very happy with the finished product and quality of workmanship.

I have worked with Rick Hayes on four projects and he is super conscientious, quality-minded, honest and concerned about doing a good job. He wants to create a positive customer experience for every single client. Visionary Homes operates at a level for value conscious buyers who want a quality product that’s well designed and well thought out. Rick Hayes was the general contractor on our new home and was very attentive to our project, answering all questions and making extra efforts to solve difficult problems. He was always extremely pro-active and his bills were accurate and easy to understand. We are extremely happy with our home, and when guests come they always remark on how lovely it is. When we decided to build a custom home, we asked five Bend builders to give us proposals and Rick’s was the best. It was the most detailed and business-like, and it was that which convinced us to choose him. In addition, he is very helpful, kind, and approachable in answering technical questions. Rick is scrupulously honest, and will do his best to meet a client’s needs.”

Rick built a previous home for us several years ago and the customer service experience was excellent – from start to finish. He was engaged in the process and willing to listen to what we wanted and try to come up with a solution. He offered a large number of options and was very easy to work with – and he knows the stress that homeowners go thru when building their primary residence. In terms of quality, Rick delivered on exactly what we wanted for a price that we could afford.
