Sunshine Coast Home Design

We were recommended to use Walter late last year Our property is a unique piece of land on the Sunshine Coast B C. He was able to view it on several occasions and came up with a design. Then the work started, Walter had to get to know us as we live overseas. We finally met face to face in May, for a very brief visit. Then with phone calls and sharing computers we finalize our plans for our new home. It was wonderful over the months how he understood what we wanted. Now the fun begins.

Luckily, when we were "googling" architects on the Sunshine Coast, we came across Sunshine Coast Home Design. We called Walter Powell and he was very excited to meet with us to discuss our project. He gave us a gamut of possiblities of what we could do to renovate our lake front property. Together we came up with a plan that we are very happy with and it was in keeping with our vision. As a professional Architectural and Interiors photographer for the past 8 years, I have photographed thousands of homes. Just last year I connected with Walter to photograph a few of the homes he has worked on. Let me tell you, they are some of the most incredible homes I've been in. Walter has an obvious love for what he does, but he also gets to know his clients and what their wants and needs are.
