Wanted to rebuild an existing Koi Pond and was glad to have been recommended Water Concepts to handle the works done. Extremely patient in understanding my needs as well recommendations on what was important and where certain items were not needed to keep cost down. Blown away on water filtration system which would be able to handle any future additions to the pond as well as upgrades if needed. The koi pond design is modern, simple and beautiful. The filtration system is good, resulting in crystal clear water. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who is serious about keeping quality kois!

My spouse and I are extremely happy with the water feature and grass carpet done by Anita and her team of Water Concept workers. We left the design planning to Anita and we were very happy with her decision and how the water feature fits well with our Balinese theme home. It is the favourite place for us to hang out at night over a glass of wine, hearing the soothing flow of water. The after service is awesome too. Anita is ever ready to hear me out when a problem rises and she readily sends her team of wonderful workers to rectify the problem immediately. We are definitely engaging them for our next home as well as recommending them to our friends and family.

They provided excellent service and were very responsive to any issues raised. The result of the revamp of the patio exceeded our expectation. Overall it's a great experience throughout the renovation process.
