Building a new home is both a big decision and a big investment. We believe building a Weaver custom home is the best decision and best investment you can make for your family. We have been working together as a family, building integrity since 1979. We are confident that after you experience the quality, craftsmanship, design, and services of Weaver Custom Homes, you will want to be a homeowner and a member of the Weaver family for life. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the volume of inquires; we are not able to respond to individual design information requests. We would be happy to meet with clients interested in building in Central to Northern Ohio.

We are extremely happy with our new Weaver home. Through the design process to move in they were responsive and available. Working with a family owned company makes a difference as they have a great deal of pride in their product

Outstanding Custom Home Builder. Skilled Craftsmen and attention to every detail. Great decorator. Merle Stutzman and Daisy were wonderful to work with. Built 3200 sq. ft home with custom cabinets, vaulted and tray ceilings,and much more. Highly recomend this company and would definitely use them again!
