I chose this company because it’s local and good to support a local business. I had some black Brazilian slate laid on my patio and on some steps in my garden. From start to finish the service received was first class. I was charged as per quote of which all documents and pricing were clear and easy to access. Advice on best materials, colours and finish were given before my final decision with no pressure to buy into any service. The business owner Trevor was friendly and professional as were the landscapers completing the job. Very reliable, worked tidily, great timekeeping and the finished job is excellent. I had a couple of visits during and at the finish of the job from Trevor to check on the work. I’d highly recommend. A stress free experience with professional, qualified and knowledgeable staff.

I found Trevor and team on the web and having read various reviews, signed them up to do a "small" project which involved landscaping a garden that had been mainly laid to lawn since the property had been converted from a farm in the 1990's. The landscape work took approximately 2 weeks to complete with planting out completed in Dec 2020. The garden has been through one winter, spring and summer, fast approaching it's first autumn. You can see from the pictures what a fantastic job the T.Jefford team have done and this is only the initial year! It was great working with Trevor and his team - a professional organisation with the right customer attitude. Thanks to Andy, Reese (who did all the heavy work), Alasdair, Trevor and Sal. Special thanks to Teigan for making sure everyone knew where to be and what to do!

Jefford’s did a brilliant job for us. Everyone was delightful to deal with throughout the process. The landscape team who laid our new patio, built the rockery and installed our new water feature were great and consulted us at each stage so we felt really confident throughout the entire process. We are delighted with our project and will definitely use them again for future work.

From the first point of contact through to completion of the project, Jeffords were outstanding. We contacted seven firms for the work we wanted which was, initially, to provide a new enlarged patio. Three did not return our calls; three said they would do the work if we purchased the materials required. Jeffords were the only ones who listened to what we wanted - Alasdair came round and talked to us for about an hour and then spent another hour measuring up - and then submitted their proposals in 3D illustrations which demonstrated a number of ideas which we had never thought of but met our aspirations. It constituted a complete garden makeover which we originally did not think of but once we saw the proposals we realised that they were what we wanted. The price was not cheap but the quality of the materials and the work justified it and, overall, Jeffords were excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jeffords were awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. I talked through what I needed for my yard (which is a very hard working space, used for storing bikes, as a diy workshop and 'ahem' dog toilet). I got the benefit of their garden expertise (and a planting plan) but worked with them on the design, incorporating advice from other members of the Houzz community. I never imagined I'd have room for things like a raised bed and a tree, while retaining space for all the practical things. I get to feel proud of the end result (esoecially things which were my idea) without having to do any of the heavy lifting! I'm very excited about seeing the 'yarden' develop through future seasons. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeffords.

My back garden has heavy clay soil with drainage problems and needed a makeover after being neglected for many years. T. Jefford and team came with some good ideas and I'm very pleased with the resulting patio area and newly turfed lawn. I can certainly recommend them for their professional and friendly service.

I can't quite believe this is really our garden! It perfectly complements our 3m rear extension and we have lost count of the admiring comments from all who have seen it. It is now two years since the work was completed and I can honestly say we have never before spent so much time in the garden. It is also a natural focal point whenever we are in the back room. The dry stone wall has been the most admired feature and is now blending nicely with the plants. We cannot recommend Trevor and his professional team highly enough. The work was completed in good time and on budget. Definitely five stars!

We have been very impressed by the professionalism and creativity of the Jeffords' team and are delighted with the Japanese fusion garden they have created for us. Many of our friends who have visited are equally impressed. We are not gardeners but wanted somewhere to enjoy being outside during good weather and also something beautiful to look at from inside too. With the ongoing maintenance provided by Jeffords' we are confident that the garden will serve us well in the years to come.

We contacted Jeffords as we needed a complete conversion of a large soulless space into a seaside garden. They proposed design options, we chose one. The complete job was done to timetable and to estimate. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Their staff were personable, and there was minimum disruption, all things considered.
