We had an incredible experience with Will Lloyd and his team. He is honest, dependable, and a true pleasure to work with. We bought a house pre-construction, so were lucky enough to be a part of all the decisions along the way. Though this may seem overwhelming to most (it did to us at first!), Will and his team guided us throughout the process; they gave us advice, while also taking our own personal needs in mind. It was clear that Will was truly vested in constructing a top-notch dream home for us; and he certainly did! Often times, people shudder at the thought of building a house, but Will Lloyd is rewriting the book and making it a truly enjoyable (and quick) experience. If you have the opportunity to work with Will on your house, don't even think twice; you won't find a more honest, hardworking, and reliable builder out there.

We had a truly wonderful experience working with Will Lloyd and his team. We purchased a home in Chatham NJ mid construction, so although the basic layout of the house was already planned we were early enough in the process to make some small changes and to select many of the finishes. Will has a very honest and hard working crew and each time I visited the construction site (sometimes unannounced) they always went out of their way to show me around and point out what was new. Will made the entire process extremely easy. He listened to any ideas or concerns we had and helped us fine tune design choices. Even now, long after we've moved in, he's always available if we need him for anything or have questions. The quality of the homes he builds is top notch but what sets him apart is he is truly an honest and reliable person. He and his team were a pleasure to work with.

W.P. Lloyd built our home. It started with an empty lot March of 2008 in Madison, N.J. and we were moving in for the first day of school the following September. People often comment on the attention to detail and the beautiful moldings in our home. Although it is new construction, the added details and builtins, coffered ceilings, mantels and moldings add to the character which we appreciate. We felt fortunate to work with Will and his staff. We were guided through the experience with assistance picking everything during the project to make our house our own. His carpenters did an excellent job with our ideas. We have been very happy with the finished product and would recommend W.P. Lloyd to anyone looking to build.

Professional and personal is how we would describe our experience with WP Lloyd. The craftsmanship is excellent, with a tremendous attention to all the little details we requested. Will and his entire team are easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate our wishes, truly helping make this house our home. After moving in, the WP Lloyd team was very responsive in terms of completing any outstanding punch lists. This was our first experience with new construction and overall it was quite positive. We love our new home!

We purchased a newly constructed home from WP Lloyd four years ago. The quality and attention to detail that went into our home is head and shoulders above other builders' whose homes we had seen. The house beautifully blends old world craftsmanship and styling with wonderful contemporary features like oversized windows that allow for great light. We also hired the company to add a few built-ins after we moved in which came out very well. We can't rave enough about Will and his team. In our opinion, their work is unmatched in the area.

We have worked with Will on two projects over the last 13 years. The first was by purchasing a home he built and the next was on a multi-year renovation of a 200 year-old home. In each instance, Will delivered a unique, superior-quality product. He is innovative, detail-oriented and highly efficient. Most importantly, Will Lloyd is honest and forthright.
