Our experience with Mark Wyatt was exceptional. Other designers were keen on finding something they'd already created and then making minor changes to customize the project. This was not the case with Mark. He spent the time to truly understand our desires and then used his extensive experience and creative talent to design the project. We hired Mark to draw up plans for our home remodel. Our project seemed very challenging to us because we live in a 100 year old home that we'd like to preserve and enlarge for the purpose of caring for our aging parents and to provide room for family gatherings. We also wanted to enlarge a studio for our home business. Mark took the project on without any hesitation and was even able to accommodate our quirky wishes and dreams. He surprised us by going above and beyond what we had hoped for by creating cozy unique spaces that fit our style. His knowledge of older homes proved to be very helpful in our situation. The result will be a remodeled older home that gives no hint that there was ever an addition. Things are very unified and seamless.....and beautiful! The design project took longer than we expected but it was our first time hiring an architect so we had no preconceived notion about the work involved. We are very happy with the plans and look forward to the finished product!

Mark did a great job designing our home. If you want a cookie cutter house he is not the one to see. But if you want a unique home that has character Mark is the one of the best. I have had many people who have been to our home who have said WOW I love you living room and master bedroom how did you come up with these designs. Now he doesn't come cheap but I think in the end he was worth every penny. Also during the construction process he stopped by to be sure that the framers were laying everything out properly which was good because he caught a couple mistakes during the framing process.
