Mark collaborated with us to do a complete deck renovation that was PT wood being converted to Timbertech composite. Mark was insightful of not only the design work but also mindful of correcting structural integrity issues caused by age and original construction defects that were hidden for 27 years. We now have a modern designed deck that adds outdoor living space with beautiful design features. Mark is dependable which is a rare trait for contractors today that usually are looking for the fastest and cheapest way to get a job done without respect for the homeowner wishes or property

Mark designed and installed a beautiful new paver patio for our back entrance. The previous one was a flat rectangle which we thought we wanted to replicate but he suggested a much more aesthetically pleasing entry for us. It has an L-shape with a change in elevation and has an area for greenery which is so much more welcoming. Mark was very professional, easy to work with, stayed within budget and projected time frame (even with rain for two days) and the quality of work is exceptional. We would highly recommend him for any project such as this.

XP Landscape renovated my front landscape, taking it back to the bare bones. We removed 3 large evergreens, 25 year old river birch and crab apple, along with tired and overgrown shrubbery. I wanted low maintenance, multi season, multi texture plants to enjoy from inside the house and to improve the curb appeal. Several of the plants initially selected were ones that I do not really like and Mark was very willing to find alternatives that fit the space and light requirements that appeal to my taste. One of the features that I especially like is the buried rain drainage feature that takes the roof water away from the house. I expressed an interest in laying soaker houses around the new plantings, and that thought emerged as a complete watering system of soaker hoses under the mulch for all areas of the new installations. Work was done within the time frame promised. The yard was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I look forward to next spring when all these beautiful plants begin their show.

Mark did a wonderful job, has very high standards for quality and was flexible when we requested a slight modification. He is reliable and very easy to work with. We are very pleased with the finished project.

We hired XP Landscapes to complete a paver patio project with natural landscaping surround and gas fire pit. Our location for the project was complex because the yard was sloped and required a skilled professional's expertise in design and execution. At our first meeting, Mark was very punctual and very attentive to detail on his design and contract work. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the area was kept neat. We had no doubts this company would do a great job and we have gotten many compliments from our neighbors and family and friends alike. We will look to use XP on future projects.
