We have at least one problem every week. We have to restart the system to get the system to work correctly. Extremely disappointed

I truly cannot say enough about this company. They were referred to us by a friend to upgrade the technology in our home to a higher level - connecting television, music, computer, etc to one simple, wireless network. The entire process went on without a hitch from start to finish, and beyond. As 50 somethings, we are ok but certainly not tech savvy, and these guys are so good, and so nice, and like having family in the house, it was a pleasure to go through this transition with their guidance. I believe they really took pleasure in bringing us all the possibilities and fun of this system, and doesn't that make all the difference, when someone enjoys their work? I must name names - Josh, who worked with us from the beginning to set up our project, talked to us during, and came by after to answer questions and see how we were doing; the guys who worked in our home - Rob, Cody, Matt, Anthony, Stetson, and Anthony. Robin, who works in the office and is no technical slouch herself, actually came to our home at 8am one morning to solve a problem, and finally Ryan, who troubleshoots through things on the phone like a soothing, experienced psychiatrist talking a jumper down from a high ledge. We were not left hanging about anything - and we love our new system!! So hire Xssentials - you deserve this level of service and I believe they deserve your business!

They are a great home automation specialist to work with because the team is passionate and motivated as well as highly experienced. Their team takes great care to ensure that our client’s needs are fully met.

Brutal. I expected some issues when our relationship / sales manager was transferring to a new location, but what not expecting to pay almost $2000 to have all of their work redone. The installation folks that I got didn't understand basic Sonos and A/V wiring. If you are going to hire them, beware. Do you homework and make sure you are getting good installers.

They continue to keep themselves on the cutting edge of the moving technology without leaping in too quickly. They work extremely well with integration systems for iPhone and other hand held technologies and have retrofit some of our older properties as well.
