I had the pleasure of working with Yelena and her design team, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the outcome of my home project. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and creativity.
First and foremost, Yelena and her team took the time to truly understand my vision for the space. They listened attentively to my preferences and lifestyle, and then expertly translated them into a cohesive design plan. Their ability to blend functionality with aesthetic appeal was truly remarkable.
Throughout the project, communication was seamless. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and courteously. This level of attentiveness made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
When it came to execution, Yelena and her team's attention to detail was second to none. From selecting the perfect color palettes to sourcing unique furnishings and accessories, every aspect of the design was carefully curated to reflect my personal style and personality. The incredible Yelena and her talented team absolutely transformed my master bedroom and bath into the perfect spa-like oasis I had always wanted. Yelena and her team were with me from the start. always accessible and flexible with my requests and additions. the process of selecting furniture, colors, wallpaper and lighting and designs can get overwhelming. they broke it down in manageable steps for me while always keeping in mind the total look I was going for. it was amazing when it all came together. Love the beachy look they put together. great team to work with.

Yelena has an amazing team of organized, hardworking, and friendly creatives to assist her and her clients to execute a space that is always stylish, luxurious, beautiful, and functional! She marries the functional and artistic needs of the homeowner with a cohesive design that fits the architecture of the home and design aesthetic, We loved our house when we bought it and now that she is helping to make it our dream home, we are falling in love with it all again.

We cannot say enough about Yelena Gerts and her entire team. Through the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Yelena regarding our whole house renovation. We had a lot of decisions to make, wanted it done right and needed it done on a timeline. From the start, we could tell that Yelena was the right fit for us. She takes the time to learn your style, desires, budget and vision for the project. Her work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail helped to make everything come together exactly as we envisioned. It has honestly been an absolute dream to work with Yelena and her team at House of Style and Design. Having never worked with a design team before, my wife and I were unsure what to expect, but Yelena and her team walked us through the process every step of the way. It was a very organized and well thought-out process from initial discussions on expectations, to surveying/measuring our home, 3-D model re-creations of our spaces with a variety of proposals carefully laid out for us to discuss, to finally the installation process and reveal. Aside from their encyclopedic knowledge of patterns, textures, and eye for composition, their attitude and enthusiasm for the project was what truly stood out. There was a joy in what they were doing it and it is reflected in the final product, which, I must say, exceeded our wildest expectations - like a page out of Architectural Digest. I cannot bestow enough praise onto this team and I will most certainly be using them again for additional sections of my home.

Yelena and her Team are true artists and masters of their craft. We had a new construction home built and when Yelena came out for the first time the interior studs were already in. I WISH I had met her at the blueprint stage of the build. She had so many ideas, knows what a proper home layout and flow should look like and really took the time to understand what our expectations were. They selected beautiful and functional materials, flooring, furniture and tile for each each room and I could not be happier with the finished result. From lighting to fixtures and everything in between, HOS was prepared with selections and ideas that we absolutely love I highly recommend the team for interior design and styling.

Lana has a great taste, vast experience and an excellent feel for clients' preferences and needs. House of Style will walk with you step by step through the process until reaching the ultimate goal....
It feels almost like having your own personal concierge that guides you and helps you through the process. House of Style & Design certainly outshines the competition and surpasses all clients’ expectations …. Unequivocally, this’s one of the best designer services you can find.

When we purchased our newly constructed home in New Jersey, we knew we were going to need someone to decorate, as we live on the West Coast. I was a bit apprehensive finding someone online, as we are pretty meticulous and wanted the home to really represent our taste.
I’m so glad I found Yelena and House Of Style & Design! From beginning to end, it was an amazing experience. Extremely organized with slides and pictures to keep us updated during the entire process. I especially loved how Yelena would present me with a choice of three room layouts, furniture etc. Choosing furniture and design for an entire home can be overwhelming and she took all the anxiety out of it for me. She shipped me an entire box of fabric and drapery choices so I could actually see and feel my selections.
Constant communication was so important and Yelena did a fantastic job with that. She organized a contractor to come in and do moldings, which she selected. It turned out fantastic.
After a couple of weeks of sending her pictures of inspiration, she knew exactly what I wanted. She was really in tune to my taste. So much so that I actually let her pick all the accessories.
When the big reveal came and we flew into New Jersey, I was so blown away!
Yelena went above and beyond. She left an adorable welcome sign for us and books in the kids room for them to enjoy. These little touches let me know that this is not a job for her, it’s her passion and it shows. She takes great pride in her work.

It was such a pleasure to work with Yelena and her staff on my apartment. I found her through Instagram and after speaking with her had immediate confidence that she would execute a design that both met my expectations and did not break the bank. I wanted a designer who had excellent taste and would be able to run with a project from start to finish with very little tweaks from me. And Yelena was perfect! She is warm and responsive and knew when to seek my input/involve me and when to rely on her good judgment. She made the whole process as seamless and easy for me as possible, and I swear she plucked my dream home straight from my mind - upon viewing the final installation, I was totally speechless! I highly recommend Yelena and would be delighted to work with her again.

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Yelena . Yelena was recommended to me by a close friend . I cannot say enough good things about her as person and as a professional. In terms of her work, well that speaks for itself . When I first met and discussed what I wanted done , Yelena had drawn up three versions of my bedroom . I was able to envision them perfectly and each design was better then the next . It was at that point that I was confident in her abilities , therefore , giving her full liberty to go ahead and create her masterpiece . Upon completion, the end result literally brought be good tears . I was rendered speechless and continue to do so every time in step into my bedroom .
Yelena is well organized , efficient, hardworking and willing to work within any given budget . It is obvious that she takes pride in all of her work , regardless of how big or small the project . I highly recommend Yelena and cannot wait for the opportunity to work with her again .

Absolutely love working with Yelena and her staff! From the beginning of my new home build, they have been there for me. I hired Yelena while we were still doing construction, and she helped me pick out my floors, tiles, hardware, paint, and any other decisions that had to be done she was always available for me. Now we have moved onto decorating/furnishing/doing window treatments in my home and it is coming out stunning! I have received so many compliments and look forward to completing our project soon. Yelena has become a friend as well and I can’t recommend her enough. She has impeccable taste and is very honest and caring about you and the project.
The BEST decision I made was hiring House of Style and Design... I would use them again in a heartbeat!
So happy I met Yelena, my home is gorgeous!

Every single detail was extraordinary. She was on time, on budget, and surprised me with a few very special extras. Her team executed flawlessly. Our experience with Yelena was outstanding. She converted our newly constructed house into a dream home. We would empathically recommend her services, she is an incredibly talented designer.
We hired Yelena early in the process of constructing our home. Building a new home is an exciting and intimidating task as there are a myriad of design decisions from countertops, door handles, tile and even tile grout. Yelena was able to recognize our taste and devise beautiful design selections. Once the home was constructed it exceeded our expectations thanks to Yelena’s decorative acumen.
We then hired Yelena to decorate and furnish a significant portion of the house. Since we moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two story five bedroom home the scope of this assignment was significant. While the project was daunting, Yelena was able to present beautiful ideas and layout an elegant final project. Throughout the process she was extremely professional and such a joy to work with. She tirelessly sought to exceed our expectations.
Yelena remains hands on throughout the whole process. The design and selections take time but installation is the execution of all the work invested throughout the process. While Yelena is a talented designer her attention to detail and hands on approach ensured a successful execution. We essentially left our house one day and came back to a beautifully designed home. It felt like we were in a TV show where our home had a story book remodeling.
As mentioned earlier, Yelena is a must have for your interior design project. She is such a talented designer and more importantly a wonderful person. You can’t go wrong by partnering with Yelena. She works hard, and is committed to making your home beautiful.

House of style & design is truly a dream team! We hired Yelena to design our apartment from A to Z. She designed everything in It from the lighting plan to the candles and picture frames we have. We combined 2 apartments, It was a new construction building. Yelena did 3d renderings of every room in our 4 bedroom 4.5 bath apartment. She was with me every step of the way at every show room, every appointment, every walk through! Her creativity is superb! Every room has something unique and special in It. Our window treatments are an artwork in themselves, each room is so special and nothing I’ve ever seen before in any other apartment. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She made this process s very pleasant and stress free for me.

Yelena is the most thorough, intricate and professional designer that I have had the pleasure to work with. My wife and I have used her many times and she designed our bedroom, formal family room and living room. She most recently designed gorgeous, elegant window treatments in our bedroom and master bathroom that are simply unique and one of a kind. We had our custom window shutters installed in July 2017 and have received many compliments from family and friends. Yelena offers exceptional ideas and styles that best suit the individual room and budget. I would highly recommend her for any home based project.

I had the pleasure of working with Yelena Gerts during our home renovation/remodel. From the very first time I met her, I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. She has a real gift and is incredibly passionate about her job. Her original presentation incorporated so many beautiful combinations of colors and textures. Yelena worked within my budget from the renovation phase to completion. She helped with tile selection for all 6 bathrooms, full house window treatments and furniture for the entire house. Yelena has a unbelievable talent. She made my house feel like a home. Before meeting Yelena I had a very difficult time trying to decide which type of style I liked. I always liked traditional and classic, however I was starting to fall in love with all the new modern looks. I wanted something that would be timeless, but young and fun at the same time. The way Yelena was able to pull together classic interiors with modern was beyond anything I could have imagined. She was able to see it all from the beginning. She truly has an amazing gift and I was so happy to be able to work with her. I can't wait for her to transform my other rooms.

Yelena has been decorating my home for several years. She has room by room transformed my dated 1990's colonial home into a beautiful transitional home. My bedroom is a dream sanctuary. My dining room is a show stopping focal point and my sons old bedroom is now a glamorous guest room. We are currently transforming my entertainment area and kitchen and Yelena is seamlessly coordinating all the spaces to feel connected. I was so impressed by her that she has recently decorated my work office and common spaces of my business. She is kind, unbelievably talented and she is professional in every way. She completely understands her clients wants, needs and taste and she succeeds in creating the perfect spaces every time. When my husband and I purchased our apartment, we agreed we would decorate it ourselves. 3 years later and still talking about furniture and decorating, we realized we needed much help. Once we met the very talented and energetic Yelena Gerts from Gerts House of Style interiors, we both realized right there on the spot that our home will finally be OURS with her help. She really listened and guided us in finding our style. Yelena did a phenomenal job offering furnishing options, decorating accessories, paint and wallpaper choices keeping in mind our budget and our family needs at all time. I have been a client of Yelena Gerts for several years. Over time, she has done projects in almost every room in my house, because I keep calling her back when we are ready to take on another room. Yelena is a great listener. She takes the time to understand what I want to do, as well as the budget for the project. My family and I are thrilled with the designs that she has done for us, and guests are always complementing the decorating in our home. With Yelena we have received high quality furniture that fits into our budget. She stands behind her work and the quality of the pieces that she recommends. Yelena can truly transform a room with her designs. I highly recommend Yelena, she is a true professional.

Mrs. Gerts was recommended to us by our friend as an excellent designer and we placed an order. Our window treatments were finished in a timely manner and were beautiful. Every time we have guests over they compliment our window treatments.

Yelena has done my curtains for whole house a year ago. Everything came beautifully!, and on time!!! She has an amazing taste , and great personality. I had just a few little issues, but she solved that quickly . I highly recommend her for people who wants make their houses more beautiful!

Gerts Interiors did a fantastic job furnishing my home! It's a large project that would have been overwhelming to do without a professional, so it was a relief to have Yelena offer various options for furniture and accessories and guide me in determining my decor style. She had a vision of a glamorous yet warm home, and the result is stunning! Yelena is always available for questions and checks in for feedback every step of the way. She's also conscious of working within the client's budget. I highly recommend her company!

I hired Yelena to consult with me on paint colors and wallpaper recommendations for an open floor plan condo. She provided great expertise on how the flow and contrast of color should work for our high Ceilinged space.
Yelena was easy to work with and flexible since we didn't need full design services but wanted an experts opinion. Many other designers required that we pay per room while Yelena allowed us to pay for her time and use it for different aspects of the apartment. She also came to our old apartment to see our furniture and help us to determine what we could transition to our new space.
I would definitely work with her again.

Yelena was wonderful!!! She worked with me to get the feel that I wanted and worked with the furniture and budget that I had, just replacing a few key pieces.

Yelena was incredible! I have always been someone with consistent 'pottery barn/crate and barrel' taste. Yelena introduced me to new ideas that transformed my living space beyond what I could have imagined possible. She did all of this while introducing me to options, providing the perfect balance of ensuring that my tastes were represented, only guiding me when I was 'stuck'. She truly does make sure that the living space is a reflection of your own style, with her expertise mixed in to elevate the final outcome.
Yelena was professional, personable, committed and had excellent follow through. She is respectful of defined budgets and there were no hidden surprises when it came to the final expenses.
I would recommend her to anyone that was interested and will absolutely use her again if I have another project in mind!

It all started out when I was looking for some help to decorate my sons bedroom. It was dreary and really didn't look like a boys room. It screamed "help me". I made several calls to interior decorators and the only one that stood out to me was the one who immediately called me back and handled herself with professionalisim and what seemed to be a great knowledge of interior design. When first meeting with Yelena, she portrayed an abundance of confidence as well as patience. I told her what my vision was and then unfortunately had to say what my budget was. To my surprise, Yelena grasped my vision and made it happen all within my budget. I could not ask for more. I will proudly say she also won an award for my sons room proving that her skills exceeded far beyond others. From there Yelena became addicitng. I went on to do three other rooms with Yelena and I can't even say one came out better then the other. They all are over the top and beautiful. I am very pleased with Yelena's work and work ethics. I think Yelena's work really comes through the person she is. She has an inner beauty that exceeds most people not just most designers. She is wonderful to work with and I am honored to know her as a person as well as a designer. Yelena exceeded all of my expectations in every room. Yelena's flare for the accessories she chooses really makes a difference when pulling a room together. The bottom line is I love her designs, her work ethics, her ability to meet all of her dead lines. She's the best at all she does!!!!

I can't thank Yelena Gerts enough for the work her and her staff did in my daughters room. It took my breath away and that's not easy. Stunning and Beautiful are a few of the words that come to mind when I look at her room now.
Thank you for being so patient. Thank you for meeting with me as many times as you think I needed to feel comfortable in the decisions we were making!! Your talent and work is incredible!! Your attention to detail impeccable!!
The process from start to finish was seamless. All of Yelena's staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Yelena Gerts Decorating Den NYC to anyone who needs anything beautiful added to their home.
I can't wait to start the next room!!

Yelena is both talented and charasmatic in her profession. she is an excellent interior designer, and works with all budgets. her taste is exquisite and she listens to her clients . my home looks amazing because of her i would highly recommend her . No project is too big or small for Yelena , she is dedicated , hardworking and excellent at what she does. !!! I am so happy to have her in my Life !!!!

Yelena is a very talented professional with great taste and vision!! She helped me transform my condo into a modern, chic place that I truly love calling "my home" now. I really enjoyed working with Yelena because she doesn't just "decorate". We worked together over a few months and she took the time to understand my vision, what I wanted, and my taste. She then took that and helped me choose furniture, colors, etc. that would incorporate everything I wanted, while assuring that it would look absolutely stunning!! I would highly recommend Yelena Gerts!

Yelena's work definitely makes a room into WOW !
We just finished my 3 year old daughters window treatments .
She did a tufted cornice with crystals and a pink trim . Under the cornice she picked a gorgeous fabric panel in pink , pulled back u can see a contrast of another lighter pink and a girly trim going down to add even more detail ! It's just breath taking and my daughter feels like a real princess in her room !

Yelena redecorated my formal living room and selected 3 stunning pieces of furniture which I absolutely love. She was wonderful to work with, was thorough and spent many hours with me to pick the perfect pieces for my home. Looking forward to working with her again!

I have been working with Yelena for almost one year. She has managed to turn my dated center hall colonial into a beautiful transitional home right out of a magazine. She is friendly, talented and extremely professional. What started out as a one room makeover has slowly progressed to include every room in my house. When I walk into her completed rooms I have to pinch myself that it is actually my house. She listens carefully to your wants and needs and fullfills your wish list above and beyond your expectations. She pays carefull attention to your budget and never tries to get you to go over your maximum. She manages to mix high end with everyday items to create a stunning room you will love.

Yelena is one of the most highly talented decorators I have ever had the privilege to work with. I have had the opportunity to photograph many of the rooms she has transformed and they were all incredible. I also had the chance to see her interact with her clients, and saw first-hand how much they respect her and love what she did for them. I would recommend Yelena to anyone!

I have had the privilege of working with Yalena Gertz (Decorating Den Interiors) on several projects. I have seen her transform a space from Drab to Fab and enjoy every moment of the task! Not only is she super talented at what she does ... she has a way with her clients that makes them feel as confident as she is, that the room will come together perfectly. She works so hard to provide just the right feeling in a space with style and class!
