“It was a great pleasure working with Modulart for my Sobha Indraprastha Apartment (2044) Subhodh & Santosh: Thanks a lot for all financial discussions and very budget friendly execution overall Sudhir - Designer who understood our needs, listened patiently to all our requirement and came out with best design that we liked with so many design updates for Pooja Unit. The overall execution is simply 95% replica of the design we finalised, except for the Pooja unit (thanks for the communication gaps !!!). Pooja unit is class apart and came out beyond our imagination and the credit goes to both Mahesh and Dayanand. Mahesh & Dayanand - You people did a fantastic job at the Site and despite several delays and communication gaps you people were really keen to have the project executed so well that every guest loved the designs and executions. Mahesh is a very nice, down to earth and cool guy. You did a commendable job as a whole but I must really appreciate your zeal in going around Bangalore for my Hanuman art panel for the Pooja room. Guests were very impressed with many not even aware of this material type. Since Hanuman art itself is a very rare for a Pooja unit, the whole acrylic panel with stone overlay has come out simply superb. Dayanand did a good job in sorting out several minor design issues during execution mainly for the mirror in MBR and TV Shelf units. As always any project is not 100& fool proof and there was several gaps and learnings, for both of us. Take care of those production issues that resulted in few days delay but they are minor overall looking at execution quality. Communication gaps must be fixed - They ended with few design updates at execution but these gaps really worth especially for the Pooja unit that simply great. Good work overall and keep it up...”
