“Building a house is one thing. Building a house while living thousands of miles away and trusting someone else to bring your dream to life is an entirely different challenge. Looking back, finding Rachana was one of the best things that happened during our home-building journey. From day one, she took the time to understand our requirements, listened patiently to our ideas, and always provided honest feedback on what would work and how it could be improved. Whether it was selecting wood, stone, sanitaryware, fixtures, or helping us make countless decisions from a distance, Rachana went above and beyond. She personally visited stores, shortlisted options, shared photos and videos, and helped us make informed decisions throughout the project. Communication was one of their biggest strengths. Rachana was always available whenever we had questions and kept us updated regularly. Whenever we requested changes or upgrades, they were accommodating and found practical solutions without unnecessary complications. What impressed me most was the level of ownership they took. Even though her father was executing the construction, Rachana continued to represent our interests as the architect and ensured that the final outcome stayed true to the design. One of the most remarkable parts of this journey is that I was present only for the ground-breaking ceremony, and the next time I saw the house in person was at handover. Walking into the completed home was an unforgettable moment. The final result exceeded all our expectations and looked even better than the photos and videos we had seen during construction. Almost everyone who has visited our home has praised the design, quality, and overall execution. We are incredibly grateful to Rachana and Mr. Jawahar for helping us create our dream home.
