“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We highly recommend light fixtures from Stephen Handelman and been enjoying ours for eight years now. The wide choice of styles, sizes and finishes made it easy to create exactly the Old World look we wanted. Additionally, SH fixtures represented an excellent value considering the level of customization, quality and professional service we received, especially when compared to pricing of other specialty vendors. We ordered over seventy custom light fixtures (chandeliers, interior and exterior lanterns, sconces, flush mounts) and the experienced staff at SH were very helpful and every piece was delivered safely and on schedule. Except for recessed lighting, our home in Pebble Beach, California is illuminated exclusively by SH fixtures. We have added to our collection at least three times and each experience has been equally positive.”

“Lauren provided superior customer service. She was very helpful in assisting with the initial purchase, explaining what was required for an inside and external ceiling fan installation. The light kit was on backorder and Lauren explained she could ship the fan, and then the light kit when it arrived. I said to wait until everything was in. There was another delay this week and Lauren contacted me - this is where I believe she went above and beyond - she emailed me late Tuesday afternoon, and received my out of office for Wednesday, so she called me to make sure I was aware there was another delay on the light kit. I explained I was having an electrician install several ceiling fans on 6/1/13, and she recommended shipping the fan immediately so we had it in plenty of time for 6/1, and if the light kit came in later, she explained this was easy enough for us to install ourselves. She has been pro-active and responsive and in addition very pleasant. I would consider using your company again and Lauren is the reason. Thank you, Jo Rozell”

“I had the privilege of working with Derek on hundreds of jobs over the past six years. He is very detail oriented and takes every aspect of the job into consideration; from small five light installs to intricate 300light installs with core drilling and stone cutting he had it all figured out. All of his designs were based off of the customers desires, safety at night, artistic design, and what the landscape had to offer. He was always very professional to the clients and contractors. A great communicator that made installations smooth and seamless. If you are considering Landscape Lighting I recommend Derek at Live Oak Lighting 100%!”
