“These pendent lights absolutely make our kitchen. We ordered directly from Bicycle Glass and initially could not get the large pendant for over the table to hang level. Their customer service was amazing. David Royce contacted me and said he would send a replacement globe and sent me a video of the replacement before sending. Terrific company!”

“We asked Outdoor Lighting Perspectives to come to our home to repair/ advise us on our existing outdoor lighting. Our lighting was about 15 years old and much of it was no longer working. All of the employees that we connected with were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The estimate and repairs were completed in a timely manner and were reasonable. They matched our existing lighting fixtures and ordered the appropriate pieces. The installer was very helpful and easy to work with. Because of a miscommunication (on our part) some of the bulbs were replaced with a different type than we wanted. They came back quickly and made the changes. I can't believe how much nicer our home looks at night with all of the lighting working properly! I would definitely recommend this company.”

“WOW! The lighting in this showroom is absolutely gorgeous. If you can't find what you are looking for in the showroom or their catalog, you aren't looking right. I have always found exactly what I am looking for and for a reasonable price. The customer service here is above and beyond. If I see something that looks like it will work, Adam is sure to show me the other similar options so I know that I am making an accurate decision.”

“Great company to work with. Excellent communication and follow through I purchased Besa Lighting pendants and when they arrived, the photo that was posted on the Bellacor website was not indicative of the light. The photo had been taken by Besa Lighting. The metal cord sleeve did not extend up the cord to the point shown in the photo. I found out from Besa that they substituted lighting kits for this pendant as they had run out of the proper kit. They wouldn't do anything to rectify this and never called me back as promised. I contacted Bellacor and they gave me an additional 20% off which covered the cost of the sleeves I had to order to use with the pendants to correct the problem. Would definitely shop with them again.”
