“We hired EMK Construction to perform a remodel of basically the entire downstairs of our house. The work included the addition of a covered patio with a built in grill. Elliot and his company were first class to work with. From the beginning of the project to completion, we were very pleased with the quality of the work but more importantly the character of the people involved. We would not hesitate to hire them again. They have always returned our phone calls now that the project is complete, and they have came back to repair a couple of issues since payment was given. We went to see several contractor's work before we started the project, and we only obtained one bid because we were that confident in EMK's work. We have a mutual friend/colleague who is also a contractor. He recommended Elliot to us after we had already decided to use him which further cemented his reputation for us.”

“A fellow Realtor gave me Phillip Oddo's, Owner of Closer Look Inspections, Inc. contact information. He came highly recommended. I was in need of an estimate for a client quickly. I called the number and was given an appointment to meet the General Contractor the very next morning and by the end of the same day I had an estimate to cover all repairs. There were multiple types of repairs (carpentry, roof repairs, landscape/grading, electrical, etc.) and this company can do it all. They were there when I arrived a few minutes early. The GC looked at every item and took time to explain what he was putting in his estimates. My clients discounted the price of the house instead of repairing the items so we did not use this company to perform repairs. My fellow Realtor uses them and said their work is outstanding. I plan to use them in the future myself for my own home as well as recommend them to my clients.”
