“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

Vad som gör ett byggföretag bra kan variera, mycket beroende på vilken typ av jobb de utför, och om de går i linje med vad man själv vill åstadkomma. Vårt tips är därför att söka efter en byggentreprenör i Vancouver, WA och börja med att titta på deras tidigare utförda projekt. På så vis kan man förhållandevis enkelt se om det är ett företag som man tror skulle passa för ens husbygge. Något annat som man sen bör titta på är om de har några omdömen. Ett byggföretag med bra omdöme är nämligen såklart alltid att föredra, och goda betyg är ett starkt tecken på att även du kommer vara nöjd med deras arbete. Om en entreprenad dels utfört snygga och välgjorda projekt tidigare och har riktigt bra omdömen, då är det mycket som talar för att just det byggföretaget kan vara rätt för dig. - Kolla alltid på tidigare projekt! Redan då kan man ofta tydligt se om det handlar om ett företag som jobbar med sådant som du själv behöver hjälp med. På så sätt slipper du slösa tid och energi på ett byggföretag som inte alls ens jobbar med just det som ditt projekt går ut på. Tid är pengar, och här kan det sparas in rejält på det!

- Lita på omdömen! Har ett företag 5 dåliga omdömen men 1 bra? Då kanske det dessvärre är så att det inte är det mest pålitliga byggentreprenaden, så vårt råd är att lyssna på de lite sämre omdömena. Visst kan det handla om att just specifika kunder haft särskilda situationer, men om majoriteten är på ett visst sätt så brukar det ofta stämma, inte minst om företaget inte svarat på kritiken.

- Respektera byggföretaget! Som privatperson kan man lätt tycka att man har koll på hur saker och ting ska genomföras, men här får man faktiskt ta ett kliv åt sidan och lita på experterna. Det är trots allt därför man har anlitat någon, för att få riktigt bra hjälp med sin renovering eller sitt byggprojekt, och ta vara på det. Det finns säkerligen många andra saker du behöver oroa dig för om du ska bygga något, så fokusera på det du själv måste lösa istället. Sen ska man såklart alltid ställa kritiska frågor, men bara till en viss gräns.
