“Ed Collier in the kitchen design department was very helpful in selecting my Kraftmaid cabinets and granite countertops. He did a computer aided design of the project, ordered the cabinets, and was at my house checking each cabinet on the day of delivery. He was on site the day that the templates for the counter tops were made. The service was great!”

“I believe that this company might be an internet scam. Almost four months ago I gave them a 1/2 down payment to manufacture doors for me. They are now one month late delivering them and are not responding at all to my requests for information. Since writing the above review, I have received my doors. So, Kestrel is NOT an internet scam. The good news is that the doors are absolutely beautiful, perfectly engineered, and of the highest quality. The parts are solid and to spec. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The bad news is that my 3 month work order took 5 months to fill and, until the sales manager contacted me directly (because I became a publicly disgruntled customer by posting the first two sentences of this review), communications with the company were incomplete, terse, and unsatisfactory. I felt that I was being treated like an idiot until Jim, the sales manager, took over communications with me. The delays required that I reschedule my construction work three times. If you can find someone in the company to keep you up-to-date, answer your questions clearly, and treat you professionally, the quality of the work makes dealing with the scheduling problems worth it.”

“I didn’t feel safe in my new flat so decided to install new door. I haven’t time to spend hours to walk to shops and search and I found this web-site. I was afraid of that my purchase won’t come on time or the door will come without little pieces. But delivery was excellent; it suited well to my doorway and has very sturdy construction. “They installed two garage doors in the new house I was building at the shore ... I took the credit from my builder and hired Hunter door service to supply and install my new doors, my builder wanted to supply metal doors which would've rusted in a matter of a couple of years I went with a vinyl door with HDS, that's what they suggested. The installation was perfect and so were the doors!”

“Have purchased a few different models of ethanol fireplaces from this company for a number of clients. Mostly wall mount and recessed models. The fireplaces look fantastic when installed and only hear compliments about how they great they look. All my clients are very pleased with the end results. Prices are great and reasonable.”
