“Carolina Exteriors Plus recently completed a residing project around my whole house. They are a great company. I was very satisfied by their work. Their crew was great, they worked very hard and tried to do everything to perfection. Their project manager was very communicative on a daily basis communicating the status of the project. I have nothing negative to say. They completed the work very smoothly and followed up fixing any minor issue I had to mention. They accommodated everything we needed. As for pricing, I got quotes from another James Hardie preferred installed and his price was 50% more expensive. Even another smaller (non James Hardie preferred) installer came 40% higher than Carolina Exteriors. So, their price was very competitive as well. Highly recommended.”

“We have a 1980's house and because of the damaged siding and trim on the outside decided to look into ways to fix it. The previous owners had some work done to a few boards but there was so much more on the walls that needed to be replaced. We considered doing more repairs but after getting prices for that and painting, we still saw that even that wasn't going to really be a long term solution. We learned a lot throughout the process from talking to different companies about what could be done for the siding and decided it would be best to replace everything with the hardieplank. The people at Built Strong did a very thorough assessment of the house and really took time to explain to us the different options which we had. Their crew doing the work were obviously very skilled and all that we were promised from before the job began came through and we have been very happy with the work. The house not only looks great but with all that they did to the house we feel a big relief that it was done right and it shows,”

“Matthew with Forestieri Custom Exteriors has been the absolute best contractor that I've ever partnered with. I've benefited from his remodeling and renovation work on two separate projects. I've learned that one of the most important parts of renovating (Rule No 1) is allowing your contractor to take ownership of the project. Matthew can do that with pride. For everything that I asked him to handle, he did better than I could have hoped. When I forget Rule No. 1 and stick my nose into the details, Matthew doesn't flinch. He listens patiently and provides helpful input. On of our many projects together I asked for one impractical detail. Matthew explained the nuances, and left me to choose whether I'd like to move forward. That's the key: he helps his clients understand the project, but he never imposes his own preferences. For everything that I decided, he followed through with my plans and made them come to life. Matthew has also completed two home additions for me at separate locations. Both restored life to the properties, making the homes livable for a modern lifestyle. I can't endorse Matthew with enough enthusiasm. Great contractor, great man!”
