“Community Builders renovated the exterior of our home. We chose new energy efficient windows, steel siding for the areas that weren't brick and the vented sofit & facia system for our eves & overhangs. They also remodeled our pool house. We couldn't be happier. It looks incredible! We live in a neighborhood that were all built by the same builder. Our house pops and stands out! It was a major investment but well worth it. It took longer than we thought but the workers were professional & really did a great job. The salesperson was very nice & they provided financing. My wife picked the colors and nailed it. We highly recommend them.”

“They did an exceptional job. They came out, quoted me, I accepted, and they got to work. My driveway and walkway are fairly normal size and they were able to complete the job much quicker than I thought. It was so worth it, now my driveway and walkway look better than newly poured concrete and my house is over 25 years old! My neighbor had another company power wash his driveway a few weeks before and there is no comparison, mine looks brand new, his not so much! I would definitely recommend this company and their team to anyone in need of their services. Royal Swine is the new era of power washing, give them a shot to help you too, they get a five star rating from me. I've already referred them to multiple family and friends and each person has been very happy with the referral. It's hard to find reputable companies who care about their clients and who do a good job....these guys have it dialed in!”

“Philip and his crews are amazing. I really can't say enough wonderful things about his professionalism, positive attitude, great quality of work and responsiveness. He is EXACTLY what you want in a contractor. From start to finish he was awesome. Firstly, I called him on a Thursday and he came out to give us a bid that weekend—ON A SUNDAY. He showed up when he said he was going to. There was no waiting to see if somebody was going to show up. No long wait to actually get the estimate. He was prompt and reliable, right from the beginning. And his estimate was reasonable and very competitive. Want someone who replies to your emails within 24 hours? Want someone who will pick up the phone when you call with questions or concerns? Want someone who is patient while you take 2 weeks to choose between 15 different colors to paint your front door? Want someone who will listen to your concerns, go above and beyond to make sure you're happy, and someone you can trust? Philip is your guy. We feel so lucky to have found him to work on our house.
