“I just had the crew from Shine over for the first time and could not be happier with the work they did for me. They were true professionals from the time Brett came out to estimate the work to the crew assigned to complete the tasks. They were a pleasure to have around the house. His presentation made me feel at ease with my choice at high quality windows. They kept me informed every step of the way with when the windows were in and ready to be installed. They also were available on Sunday after my install to answer some concerns I had and fix a minor problem.”

“I had read good reviews for this company online, so it was the first company I contacted to get a quote to replace several windows in my house. I was very impressed with their salesman and the information he provided. I also obtained a quote from another company that is located within my county. Not only was I turned off by their sales person, the windows seemed to be of lower quality and the quote was higher. The installation people were great. They arrived in the morning on the day scheduled and it took them less than 4 hours to install and trim 11 windows. A big snowstorm was due to arrive that day. The snow started 1 hour into the installation, and they kept right on working. The house was enclosed within about 90 minutes and they spent the rest of the time insulating and doing the trim work. Fortunately they were able to head back to their shop before the snow got too deep. The installers also cleaned everything up. I should note that the installation people work directly for Tailor Made, they are not contractors, and have worked together for several years. I immediately noticed that my house was quieter and warmer. The windows are beautiful and I am totally satisfied.”

“Highest quality window, amazing double slider, custom sizes - lowest price - all done online... I didn't have to meet someone at my house until the installers showed up. Amazingly painless process, professional, quick responses, no hassle, no mess, the easiest part of this addition was the Windows; I cannot recommend using this company/service enough!! Call or email Meryl; she's great, and not having a pushy salesman in your face (or home) was a nice change from the other projects I have done. I will be using Meryl and Zen Windows Detroit again - I have no idea why anyone wouldn't too... A quote literally takes about 5 minutes online.”
