“A-1 Glass installed 2 large 96 inch Milgard sliding glass doors in my home and it was flawless. Customer service and knowledge of product and installation was the best I have ever worked with. Positive attitude and commitment to making the customer happy seems to be what A-1 Glass prides themselves on. The work was beautiful and extremely well finished. “Monarch's team of professionals were wonderful to work with. I had a large project, replacing all windows and doors with a tight time schedule (Loewen brand). It is a vacation home so most of the work was done when I was not on site but I completely trusted them in my house without me. They were patient with my hundreds of questions and numerous requests for samples, and made sure that I understood what I was ordering. Their installation team is top notch. They had a positive attitude no matter what surprise or problem came their way and were thoughtful about not damaging my garden (which is almost impossible to do). They left the site very clean. I can't rave enough about them. When we had an issue, the President of the company came out to talk with me. They quickly came up with a solution. This was not my first building project and have worked with folks that aren't nearly as good as Team Monarch. If you work with Monarch Window, you will sleep well at night. I would hire them again FOR SURE.”

“We hire Paso Robles Glass to install our two bathroom shower enclosures and dividing walls, in addition to our kitchen backsplashes. Our experience from start to finish was nothing but stellar. The owner, Jarred Damigos, listened to our ideas, had fantastic suggestions, worked with us on the design and material selection, and delivered beautifully. It is worth mentioning that our project is not a run-off-the-mill project: the house is very modern with a lot of clean details, which means there's very little room for error. The massive pieces of glass that lined the shower walls had to be precise to a fraction of a millimeter or else they would not fit together. Jarred did not shy away from a difficult project, he did not attempt to convince us to take the easy path, and he himself, did not cut corners. Our expectations were met completely and we will use PRGlass for our future projects.”
