“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“I needed to renovate my elderly mom's Toronto condo. It was in bad shape. Nobody would go in. I was moving mom to Calgary and I wanted to rent her place right away for her and I didn't know any contractors in Toronto. I received a quote from Cozy Casa Homes. The next day Cozy Casa Homes met me at the condo, took measurements, came back with the best quote of four I had, negotiated fairly then started demolition three days later on Oct 7. I went back to Calgary on day 2 and Cozy Casa Homes sent me progress photos every day and completed the job completely unsupervised by me. Day 1 while I was there, everything was removed and new materials started coming in. Within two days I had 3D layouts of the new kitchen cabinets and counters. In week 2 the tile and floor was already in and in the third week the entire kitchen was installed and it was DONE and ready to be rented in less than 3 weeks. I was really happy because Cozy Casa Homes took care of everything. They picked materials, paint colours, flooring and tile, bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet, vanity, installed a complete new kitchen with cabinets, pantry and built a separate laundry room. All of the electrical outlet, switchplates and door handles were replaced with new. Fan and heating vents were all repaired and refinished. All of the lighting was replaced with new LED lights. It was a complete modernization. Cozy Casa Homes brought in all the vendors and subs needed to install and complete the job. I was 2000km away looking after mom and these guys took care of everything. They were nonstop every day. They worked with the building management who reported that Cozy Casa Homes was excellent to work with and kept things clean and adhered to all the condo regulations. Cozy Casa Homes went beyond and found an excellent vendor for appliances and coordinated delivery. Cozy Casa Homes found me a broker for insurance after mom's RBC Insurance refused to provide liability and renter insurance. Cozy Casa Homes kept in touch daily and stayed on budget. On October 27 I had a brand new home and was able to rent it Nov 1. It was gorgeous and lots of people were knocking on the door to rent it as word spread throughout the building. If you have a project, you can't go wrong using Cozy Casa Homes. They were honest and respectful of my mom's property and the hurdles I faced. They respected the people in the building affected by the construction. The people at Cozy Casa Homes all have an excellent work ethic and have an amazing team of workers and vendors who obviously get things done quickly and efficiently. Never in my life have I had someone do such an amazing job in less than three weeks. Highly recommended.”

“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Det är med andra ord fritt fram att upprätta ett nyckelfärdigt fritidshus på sin egen tomt när man äger den. Viktigt att tänka på när man ska bygga ett är dock att det inte får vara över 4,0 meter högt, något man inte minst måste kolla ihåg om man vill bygga ett attefallshus med loft, och får inte överskrida 25 kvm. Så länge det är under 25 kvadratmeter och 4 meter är det dock fritt fram och tillåtet att bygga hus i litet format på din tomt. Så varför inte kika runt bland lite olika leverantörer i Toronto, ON som kan hjälpa dig med att få till ett riktigt härligt litet hus på din tomt som du antingen kan ha som gästrum, eller varför inte ett kontor om du jobbar hemifrån? Viktigt att tänka på dock är att ett attefallshus inte får användas som en bostad, så det kan dels inte innehålla alla funktioner som ett bostadshus, och dessutom får du inte hyra ut det till betalade hyresgäster.
