“After looking around online for a new wood burning stove we went to the Black Swan store/showroom in New Milford, CT. Best decision we could have made. Their selection is huge, the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (and not pushy at all). I was most worried about the installation since our old stove was really old, but they came and inspected the flue beforehand to check we'd ordered the right one for our home. Because of the set up in our house the cost was several hundred dollars cheaper than they had originally quoted, so add honesty to the reasons why I give them 5 stars. The installation was quick (about an hour) and their guys were completely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra time to explain how to break in the stove (very important) and how to use it efficiently. We had the stove inspected by the town (an absolute must-do for home insurance purposes) and it passed without a problem. Our wood burning stove not only looks great, but it easily heats the house and we've noticed a big difference in the amount of oil we are using. From beginning to end it was a great experience and I can't recommend Black Swan highly enough. Nick C”

“We purchased a fender for our vacation home and couldn’t be more pleased. Prior to the fender, there was a heavy fire screen in front of the fire place. With the fender instead of the screen the whole room lightened up and appears bigger. The owner of Club Fenders, Mr Hovey, is an honorable person and VERY easy to work with. He is most knowledgeable about fenders and provided many options we could choice for from.”
