“The Billington Partnership offers a very personalised service with Richard Billington being a very professional, polite and knowledgeable face of the company. Our project required a modern gas fire to be installed into a self build house. The company worked very well with the main contractor and its subcontractors to achieve a result that we were very happy with. Since the installation took place (over 4 years ago), the company has been very helpful in resolving minor maintenance issues in a very prompt manner. “We live in an apartment and are unable to have an open fire, which is something I have always wanted. So, when I discovered biofires, I was really excited - I could have real flames warming the flat and creating a cosy atmosphere! The fire is gorgeous and much admired by anyone who visits. It heats up our large kitchen despite the fact we have 12ft-high ceilings and it creates a lovely focal point. I would recommend getting the logs and the ember things, as that finishes it off beautifully and the embers make a lovely glow. The company were really good and very quick to send a replacement piece of glass when one panel was broken in transit. The lady I dealt with was really pleasant and helpful. All in all, a very good experience and a great product.”

“We had a Metro 100XT/3 with a Limestone Shelf installed in our home in late 2016. We absolutely adore the fire and are forever complimented on how beautiful it is by visitors. It has added so much to our living room – from the sleek design to the realistic fire logs… it really is everything we could have asked for. Not only do we love the fire but I just want to highlight how incredible the staff at platonic are. The customer service we received was of the highest standard – it is always nice to deal with a company that care so much about their work. From the first site visit all the way through to the installation, the process was flawless and everyone we dealt with was helpful and a pleasure. “We were looking for a smart traditional club fender but with a contemporary feel to complement our newly designed sitting room and fireplace. Acres Farm were fantastic in the whole process. It was very easy to schedule a design visit and then from that point the company was a pleasure to deal with. We were given plenty of design options, but more so, the advice given by Acres Farm of what features to choose in a design was extremely helpful. Overall our new club fender looks fantastic in its new home and quite honestly with the service provided the price we have paid is well worth it. Already working with Acres Farm now on another fender. If you are thinking of having a bespoke club fender made for you of the best quality i could not recommend Acres Farm enough.”
