“After several cold winters, my husband and I became interested in purchasing a wood stove to heat the basement of our home. Unfortunately, neither of us had every owned or operated a wood stove. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fire Glow were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous! They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove.
