However Entire Homes team was upfront and honest from the beginning to the very end. My job took longer than was originally planned but they told me that was possible. I am pleased to let you know that we got a beautiful white grey and gold kitchen and a new neat and pristine finished basement apartment. I could reach the team members whenever I needed to talk. We had frequent feed back and Blake made himself available. If I call and didn’t get him my call would be returned within two to three hour. Blake thank you for turning my dreams into a reality. “Imagine that Kitchen designed and installed my new custom wall unit and kitchen. Tom was very professional and made sure that he went above and beyond with every last detail. He was creative in his design and really listened to what I needed and wanted for the 2 projects. He was efficient during the installations and took care to keep the areas clean and tidy while he worked (a great thing since it was in our finished house!). He did beautiful cabinetry and coordinated the other trades required during the job (wall removal, electrical, plumbing, granite, tile backsplash, etc). I strongly recommend hiring Tom from Imagine that Kitchen. Awesome job and endless compliments from everyone who sees it!!”

“We did a major renovation to our home in 2010. We bought all of our sinks and taps for the bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen from Tiles Plus as well as a bathtub, full vanity for our powder room and the backsplash in our kitchen. We were so happy with the professional service we received from everyone within the store. We especially appreciated the knowledge and keen design eye of Mary who helped us with all our decisions. She listened and understood our tastes and budget and recommended products accordingly with great expertise. I also enjoyed that I could walk around the store freely without feeling intimidated. Lastly and I think most importantly, the continuing service we have had has been the best part of dealing with Tiles Plus. We had to replace a shower head and another tap in the past 5 years and it was the easiest experience I have had in terms of warranty issues. One of the best companies we dealt with during our extensive renovations...thank you!”
