“Just had a custom table made for our breakfast nook area. Pete was extremely easy to work with...he offered suggestions and understood what we were looking for. He also steered us away from making mistakes in our design. Together we came up with a design that met our needs. The table came out beautifully. “We hired Willie for a second time because we love his quiet, thoughtful manner of thinking with us about the best solution for our problems. This time, we asked him to replace the sliders on all of our bathroom and kitchen drawers and to re-build the fronts with "better material." Willie, like us, loves our house for its unusual design --- a four-story tree house with a funky mixture of new and old materials. He convinced us that the plywood fronts to the drawers would look great if just sanded and refinished and that they would match the rest of the house. He also removed a half-wall and extended some shelves -- a process that unearthed an uneven floor. Unflappable in the face of difficulty, he did the best job I could imagine with this problem.”

“We spent 3 years searching the internet for a dining room table. We stumbled across Johnny's table and instantly knew it was what we were looking for; it was made from a solid piece (800 pounds) of gorgeous bubinga wood, resting on two curved, custom-cast glass legs, and finished perfectly to show off the grain. We met Johnny at his factory to view the table, and it was there we realized he is an artist whose medium is wood. In the 10 years since we purchased the dining room table and his cantilevered chairs, we have bought many more of his creations. Though they are very different in purpose (from a pear wood hallway table to a wenge bed and dressers) all of them are beautifully designed, meticulously crafted from beautiful wood, and completely original.”
