Karen and Erin assisted us in all aspects of the home design from whole house color selections to tiles selection for bathrooms, kitchen, living room and basement. All selections were made to fit the furniture design and colors. They also spent many hours assisting with lighting fixture selections, contacting numerous companies and even returning selections that didn't fit as expected. They dedicated many, many hours to helping us kit out an entire house. He greeted us, let us shop, checked in every so often, was no pushy, and most of all was patient. We asked lots of questions, he took time to show us options, and took time to help us with fabric selection. He never seemed like we were annoying, slow,orbothersome because we were making our mind, which took a while. He also explained the quality of furniture to us, so we knew what we were buying (low, middle,or high end) and how long to expect it to last. He didn't try to upsell. Our furniture was custom built and is delivered this week. He estimated the time correctly too. Over great experience and will definitely go back, especially to Dave.”
