“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“Pool Doctors transformed our Backyard! If you're looking for reliable, experienced craftsmen who pay attention to the little details, and understand that their work is their signature - then these are your guys. Brandon listened carefully to our design requirements, gave us great suggestions to incorporate into our custom plans, and executed our blueprints perfectly using only the highest quality materials & equipment in their construction. Furthermore, they completed the job on a tight schedule. All of the work was done by the Pool Doctors’ in house team. No outsourcing or sub-contracting. From excavation to landscaping, Mike, Jon, Neill and their respective crews were always on site and informed us at every step of the process. “From our first meeting with Charlie from BB Pools and Landscapes, we had complete confidence and trust in him. He worked with us in developing a beautiful design for our backyard pool and landscaping. He really listened to what we were looking for but he also brought many inspirational ideas of his own to the table. The result was a design that perfectly captured our vision. The execution of the project itself could not have gone better. From the timeframe we were told it would take to complete the job, to there being no hidden costs, all went as planned without any unpleasant surprises. “Our 1970's pool had served us well. The decision to renovate or fill in had to be made. We decided to renovate and discussed our plans with two companies. The initial meeting with Bremner Pool helped us decide that they were capable of doing our project . The crew from Bremner were professional and kept us informed throughout the process. There were a couple of one day delays due to weather, conditions but from our perspective , we went from tired to brand new in less than 6 weeks, including closing the pool for the winter. There were no moments that the project was on hold for unknown reasons. Very, very reliable crews who had the experience to complete our project on time and on budget. Our access to backyard was less than 4' and the equipment to break up old cement deck was not an issue. A truly no hassle experience !! Cannot argue with the results in the finished photo.”
