What we found extremely useful was a clear overview and expert advice on the whole process and all the prerequisites needed for a smooth running of the project. Renatas and the building team did a fantastic job in making it all a reality and we absolutely love new space they’ve created for us! The work was really well coordinated, done to a high standard and ahead of the agreed schedule, all of which was very important to us. We felt CLL really listened and understood our requirements. Guys were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very polite, courteous and worked extremely hard to get the job done.
Even our neighbours complemented on how efficient, hard working and noise minimal the team were!

The limited space available was cleverly distributed leaving us plenty of room for storage including built in wardrobes and spacious eaves. The whole team has a great work ethic and are very efficient, the full work was done in about 8 weeks and we didn't need to move out during the process, they were always careful, clean and tidy.
