“I cannot say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Doug Roth. His work is amazing and he's a professional in every sense of the word. Doug transformed our Great Room into a Sports Bar. He built a beautiful bar, paneled the walls, made a custom table, and It turned out amazing. Pictures don't even do it justice. “We approached Matt with a very specific project in mind - a dining room table that merged a modern feel with a farmhouse touch and a live edge bench. We had a couple ideas of how we wanted this piece to look. Matt was very attentive to our desires, then took the idea and made it worlds better than we could have imagined. Following our discovery meeting, we had the opportunity to go to a local business where he sources his slabs. There seemed to be infinite possibilities with woods from around the world. Matt put a ton of labor and love into shaping the piece and finishing it to be a jaw dropping showpiece for our home. “I use Artifex Finishing’s Refresh program for monthly touch up and repair to my high end millwork and paneling. Fleming’s is a very popular prime steakhouse and wine bar and the high traffic means that our facility is taking constant abuse and wear. “I have a two-bedroom house build in 1941. The house had great bones and the potential for lots of charm. However, after years as a student rental, it was definitely in need of both repairs and renovations to make it livable again. I worked with Harold Herron of Smart Choice Home Repair on several repair jobs around the house and to take out an old closet that was useless and build a pantry to fit that space. The Smart Choice team did excellent work and were excellent "houseguests" during the time they were here. They used all reclaimed wood for the project, but you would never know the pantry came from an old barn. I would hire Smart Choice again in a moment, and I've already recommended its services to my neighbors.”

“Had a wet basement and these guys had the unfortunate task of jack hammering up the slab and putting in drains on the inside and outside of my house. They showed up on time and worked non stop until the job was finished. I did have another leak a few months after the install. They came back and completely reworked the area at no cost to me. They are expensive but I now have a dry basement that I am finishing and a guarantee that I can pass on to the next homeowner.”

“Wally and team did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors and remodelers over the years and Wally's team were particularly professional and experienced. They were helpful and flexible as we modified and expanded our plans over the life of the project. They listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions and were able to guide us to a good decision. Most importantly, Wally and his project manager, Matt, were always responsive and in-touch and maintained great communication throughout the project. We're really happy with the final product and I'd recommend Wally and team to anyone.”
