“The whole inside of house (walls, ceilings) needed repainting and in many areas sheet rocked. Two layers of roof ripped off and new roof put in place. We have a small area on 2nd floor that has a flat roof. They installed a metal capping around it then added a skated roof over the flat roof area. Fixed and stained wooden hand rails to 2nd floor. Installed carpeting in small hallway, up the stairs to 3rd floor and in 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. They also painted all outside trim and 3 porches including hand rails. They re cemented some of my side walk.”

I wouldn't recommend ANY ONE ELSE!

“I hired Sam and his crew to strip and re- shingle my roof and was very pleased with the workmanship. He was on time for all appointments and the job took exactly as long as he said. We have a lot of landscaping and were very pleased that nothing was damaged during the process. The clean up after the job was exceptional. He wasn't the cheapest quote that we got, but after our initial meeting I had a good feeling that he knew what he was talking about. I didn't get that from the other two quotes we got.”

“I called Precision Installation & Repair to look at a repair job I desperately needed and get an estimate. The attention I was given was quick and professional. The problem I had was with my living room gas fireplace which required a chimney chase outside. Unfortunately, the top of the chimney chase had a faulty top which allowed rain water and raccoons to wreak havoc. This resulted in rotting wood, mold and raccoons that would nest inside. The company did an excellent job replacing the wood, exterior siding, and a sturdy reinforced cap on top. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the price. I highly recommend them for anyone's repair needs without reservation!”
