“Mat, and his Brother, did an outstanding job at our home. They are very professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable of the work they performed. They replaced a portion of my fence, replaced some of our decking, installed a vent hood for my Kitchen. Replace my front glass storm door, replaced wood under my sink. “Andy picked up immediately and came out to my homebound mom immediately. I live in a different city than her and needed someone I could trust. He had done good work for my parents 10 years prior and remembered them, the job, and even details of their conversation. And he still had their paperwork! He called to let me know he was on his way. Immediately called me upon inspection and wrote everything down in detail so my mom and I could decide in our best interests. “The owner, Cary Fleming of C & D Contractors, LLC provided me the best experience ever in dealing with a contractor. Mr. Fleming was professional and thorough during our initial meeting. His impressive work ethic continued as we established the terms of my roofing needs. Prior to meeting with Mr. Fleming I had received many quotes and estimates for my proposed roof work; however, none of the other contractors brought the professionalism and trustworthiness he exhibited through the initial process. He explained the various roofing style options thoroughly, while at the same time educated me on the particulars of various roofing materials. Once the date of implementation was established, Mr. Fleming and his crew arrived early morning and completed the installation and completion of the roof around 5:00 in the evening of the same day. “Bill came out the same day I called for an estimate. He was 1 of 5 estimates I scheduled; I cancelled the last one after he was out-I knew I had the guy for the job! He was VERY honest-the composite roof I had installed 10 yrs prior had to come off-could not be repaired . I had been told this by others as well, but Bill explained exactly why and what would be involved. He and his crew came out and worked (really worked) to remove the roofing down to the decking, replaced the bad sheets, and then began installing the new roof. Bill had to remove and flash a skylight that had been leaking as well as replacing chimney flashing, boots, etc. Everything was done to perfection and the area was so clean when they finished, you would never imagine the mess they had to take care of! I HIGHLY recommend Murph's Roofing for any repair or replacement work you need! Lisa (office) was just as amazing to work with-answered my questions and took care of scheduling and kept me updated of any changes due to weather. What started as an awful situation (not covered by insurance) ended with a great new roof at an affordable rate and a great feeling that there are still truly good, honest, hard working people out to help and not take advantage in a hard situation!”
