“I selected Tanglewood after assessing two companies. Paul Trigwell was fantastic. His proposal covered the design and implementation of a wine-room leading off our kitchen. He listened carefully to our feelings and was extremely professional in all his work. He was flexible when we changed our ideas a bit. He was able to advise and procur the machine for temperature control and the sourcing of a glass door so we could see into the wine-room. The quality of finish in all elements is superb. We can store circa 1500 bottles.
Paul visited our home several times and managed all aspects of design and fitting. He made a follow up visit to ensure we were happy with everything. His responsiveness was speedy and he kept us fully informed. Paul added value at every stage of the project. We had absolutely no issues with the project
