Brilliant! Can I fly you in for a 2 full bath, 1 1/2 bath and laundry design and storage. Love the idea of great storage and derp clean declutter, but most impressed by your professional skills. Versatile and appealing to a wide range of people with many different tastes

Regarding toiletries and cleaning supplies. By and large, toiletries don't have expiration dates on them (there are a few exceptions) so in theory, they don't expire. However, it's always good to check consistency, color and smell. With cleaning supplies, I follow FlyLady's advice, use the liquid soaps, shampoos, body washes, and general cleaning supplies that you don't like to clean the toilet. Do this every day and your toilets will be spotless. Deep clean when needed.

I do many of these things but we’re retired, no kids around, no schedules to be tied to. i always prepare the coffee maker at night so coffee is ready when i wake up. We make the bed as soon as we get up. Kitchen is always clean and no dishes ever left in the sink or drainboard overnight. I like starting the day with a fresh and ckean house.

Two comments: 1) about 18 years ago we renovated a secondary bathroom, taking out the tub and adding a water closet. However, our two boys who were still at home would never use the bathroom while the other was in it. Kids. 2), why is there no mention of jetted tubs? Are they going away? I wouldn't live without one.

I have to say you people without the heated towel rack do not know what you are missing! If you do not have radiator heat with a towel bar hanging above your radiator, it is worth the splurge, and you only have to wire it once. Change up your hardware to a difference metallic finish? No problem you can get the heated towel racks to match. Also totally get the bidet toilets, they take up much less space and end up being cheaper than a separate bidet, and saves money on toilet paper, some will even dry you down there too.

We also love our towel warmer which also dries my fine washables and keeps the towels dry.

These are great ideas! thank you for sharing this.

I love all the pumpkins. I used a lot on my front porch last year, then put the pumpkins in the compost pile. In the spring I had about a hundred pumpkin sprouts from all the seeds. In fact, it's now October and I'm still seeing some. This year my daughter will give them to a coworker to feed to her chickens.

Beautiful! Cabinet ?
I love the island with the slatted wood, also the herringbone tile backsplash. It's so nice to see a more muted paint, and not the bright white. Great choices all around!
