help with backsplash tiling in laundry room area - should i just tile A) the area behind the sink (back) or B) also to the left side of the sink (the right side is cabinet wall).

like the D shape sink, - installing 3 sinks, would like them all D shape, found 21" and 24", cant seem to find 18" D shape sink, any ideas?
