Full house renovation with structural alterations
For this renovation, we hired a structural engineer to advise on the safety of removing the wall between the sitting room and the hallway. Once we had confirmation of the steels needed to safely comply with building regulations we were able to open up the wall. When you enter the house now, there is a fabulous bright view of the garden. We changed all the flooring, painted, installed a gorgeous ensuite bathroom, family bathroom and funky downstairs loo that was inspired by an online photo.
