Extension and refurbishment, Monkstown
Positioned on an elevated, mature site with a north-facing aspect, we used clever design strategies to maximise daylight penetration and establish strong visual and physical connections to the garden. A raised patio at the rear provides an outdoor living space, with steps leading down to the garden below. Planters along the patio edges enhance the sense of enclosure and intimacy.
