We're both in love with this aesthetically, appropriate or not. Love the doors, though Debbie needs solid at the bottom (to push it open) and double-doors may take too much space. Still like the way they're tall with low horizontal division that lines up w/ half wall (love the proportions). We both love this particular stone for the half walls though expect it's out of our price range. We also love the aged wood half wall, and are open to it if side half walls are stone. Anyway, aesthetically in both our wheelhouses. Drooling.
