A rooftop terrace was created for the residential flats, serving as an amenity space with beautiful views overlooking the local landscape and surrounding areas.
The rooftop extension was covered with zinc cladding to provide a bold finish.
We exposed a humungous beam measuring over 400mm in height which was supporting the existing structure, for the large open plan reception.
